I liked part about team velocity, this is so true, I had situation when project manager added up new "things to fix" in the backlog and blamed the team they do not meet the deadlines according his imaginary release date. It makes me think this manager basically wasn't aware of Quality triangle, being a toxic person transferring his lack of knowledge to others
