On the surface, it appears funny, but I admire this man's confidence and answers. If this video is true, he will probably not get the job because the interviewer is a typical HR goat who probably expects scripted answers in posh English with an urban flavor. Very good interview. I liked his confidence and sincerety which is hard to find these days. Language is just a barrier of human mind, nothing more. If I were the interviewer, I would definitely hire this person.

My English is definitely way better than his. But, the confidence with which he answered is simply superb. Look at his answer for what do u see urself in 5 years down the line, I mean, I would've definitely stammered. For the job role he's applying for, I think he's got pretty decent skill set.

If this video is true, he will probably not get the job because the interviewer is a typical HR goat who probably expects scripted answers in posh English with an urban flavor.
