Fun fact: The Killer Bunny is a clear reference to the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail, a ridiculously stupid but absolutely brilliant comedy movie from the 70s. Actually, players named Notch dropping an apple was a reference to a crafting list a friend of mine made waaaay back, where as a joke they said that you could craft a golden apple (which did not exist yet) using 8 gold ingots and an apple. As apples were not at that point accessible in normal gameplay, they also joked that you could get an apple by killing Notch. (Said friend *also* made one of the earliest mods for Minecraft back in Classic, some powerful third-party server software)
... For people who know enough about the history of Minecraft, yes, I *am* talking about that person, but I was actually friends with them for a while before finding any of this out.
