The pictures in this video are some of the most beautiful images I’ve seen
Thanks - I have released a similar short video format from my recent location shoot in Bali kzhead.info/sun/gLVqfdOsj4yVY4E/bejne.html
Have been following you for years. This for me, is your most motivational video by you and for many reasons. Thank you for showing us what is possible with minimal lens selection in travel photography.
The best I have ever seen about India. Thank You
Absolutely stunningly beautiful faces, colours, light, landscapes etc. Thanks.
How beautiful is this! Tears in my eyes...
Amazing photos! A big inspiration to continue improving.
Stunning, Mark! I was just there and I wish I had images like these!

Mark, your images are amazing as always. Nice to see the A7RV's stunning image capability and the 20-70f4. Lots of bang for the buck. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the positive feedback. The 20-70 F4 is a great travel lens.
Thanks for the positive feedback. The FE 20-70 F4 is a great travel lens.
Amazing stuff!
Great photos, really makes me wanna visit the place.
Beautiful!
A very nice set Mark
Thank you for sharing your journey with us. What a wonderful portfolio.
I love the choice of music. You are a master. That’s for sure! Sharing this one. Absolute classic.
Glad you enjoyed it
nice, such an interesting place and people...
Simply stunning 🥰
Outstanding
Evocative! I'm from there - seldom seen it photographed/composed so well and as a bonus, incredible focus.
Thanks for your positive feedback
Very beautiful and admirable
Beautiful
Such great photos with "my" camera! At least now I know that it's not the A7RV with my photos. Mathematicians would say "quod errat demonstrandum". Thanks for the great inspirations, Adi.
Bonitas imágenes Mark. Contrastes de Colores , rostros y esa Magia que envuelve ese Pais. Tuve la ocasión de recorrerlo en el 2012 encima de una Royal, y es algo que me marco de por vida.
WOW!
beautiful .. each photo is so unique in its own way .. the colors textures and highlights etc, just Amazing.. Thanks mark
Your work is simply incredible, I hope one day I can look at my images and see something I’d be as proud of. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you - I believe everyone can master the craft of photography with practice and some careful guidance.
Stunning portraits, stepping out of your comfort zone. I have to develop this skill. I just chose the Sony 85 f1.8. Thanks to your video on the Sigma 90 f2.8. I chose the faster f1.8 for early morning and evening landscapes, as well as portraits. The faces in this video tell such an intense story of hardship, culture, and beauty.
I get just one or two refusals per year, so the secret is in the approach to a stranger. I guide users on this skill in some of my other videos and also support skill acquisition on my Patreon.com/markgaler support channel.
Incredible!! Would love to see how you created them
Thanks - I have a 2-hour travel seminar based on this trip on my Patreon.com/markgaler support channel
Astounding images Mark! Fantastic work.
Great montage Mark and ironically I am from Melbourne but now live in India and you are reminding me to take my A7r3 out a lot more than I do as there is so much to capture in this amazing country.
My first time in India was 1886 to 1987 and have always held a fascination for the rich culture to be found in India.
You are very lucky man, to be in such a beatiful places at the right time with right skills. How many lenses did you take with you?
Thanks!
Thanks for your generous support
Hi Mark just found your channel and subscribed as well. I just have a question, most of your portraits are in landscape mode i.e camera horizontal. Is that because of your personal preference or because of other factors like using your photos in youtube videos or magazines etc?
I shoot in both orientations but prefer horizontal/landscape orientation when I know that the video will be shown on a screen in horizontal orientation - same reason movies are rarely shot vertically
Beautiful work as always, thank you for sharing. I find it so difficult to photograph random people in street photography nowadays, they are very reluctant in my experience, how do you get their attention and good will like this, any tips you could actually share?
I have a video called powerful portraits that might go into this subject a little. I also mentor my Patrons over on my support channel- Patreon.com/markgaler
Practically speechless. I have followed you for years and I think these are my most favorite and admired photos. Just stunning!
Thanks Sherri 😀
Which lens did you use throughout this trip?
As outlined in the Info section below the video, 90% of the images were captured with the FE 20-70 F4 G
Mark what Software do you use to process your photos

fantastic set of images which very much express the spirit of India….
Photographs are splendid in an appropriate atmospheric accompaniment..
Thanks for your positive feedback
It makes me want to go to India to see and experience the culture. But I look at each face and think there is a life story to appreciate.
