I’m a Trump supporter too but come on, you have to use personal discretion as a judge and giving this man a fine would be a waste of time.

      @danielbaer8924@danielbaer89244 жыл бұрын
    • @Zero Naut wow I would say your ignorance amazes me but today nothing does , this judge is just a human being with a big heart and doesn't see putting a burden on a man of that age after losing his wife more to worry about. Who exactly was in danger when you went through the light a fraction of second later? And judge does understand this as well (because it's a common sense). There should be a balance between what's sane and what's money extortion.

      @DFCZE@DFCZE4 жыл бұрын
    • @@DFCZE But then how are the patrol officers suppose to get their monthly quota. Whatever agency came out and gave this guy a 7-year-old ticket was absolutely ready to make 100-300 off him easily because in most jurisdictions driving violations aren't actually adjudicated. Instead, it's basically "come here to plea for a less expensive ticket". There's no justice in it, it's just extortion.

Anyone can park wherever and however you want, move the car, and take the picture. Nice of them to let her off though. Every parking ticket should have a picture taken by the officer who wrote the ticket of the occurring offense for the records. I would've been furiously mad at him.

Even though you believe in God or not, He is watching in your court room how you treat people with love, compassion and most of all with humanity. You make me so proud of you. • Disclaimer: I'm from Germany and always curious about how other countrys handle traffic violations. So, let me get this straight. You guys have to show up at the court, because you may have parked on the curbs or have collected a few parking tickets or even run over a red light (wich is more serious!) ? Nobody got harmed or injured, nothing was damaged? Gee, I wonder how much the costs for these procedures are. Beside that it's very entertaining and I like this judge a lot.
