  • My compliments to the cameraman and the staff. This is a busy kitchen with not a lot of room for maneuvering, so the cameraman had to be ever mindful of the movement of the cooks and staff; not an easy job! Great publicity for the eatery. Thanks for an inside look at what goes on in a busy "Chinese Style" eatery, both during the eating and the prep work before the place opens for business.

  • Running a full-time restaurant/shop can be a bit much but when you factor in the time that it takes to prepare all the ingredients and food that your cooking on a daily basis well that can definitely be a lot!! Yet the manager seems to handle it with grace and precision!! I love the way he prepares the meals his cooking skills are Amazing🔥!! Definitely gonna have to keep this little spot in mind when I visit Tokyo!! Phenomenal 🎇 Video and Thanks for Sharing🙏🏽

  • 何を食べても旨い。ホントに旨いのよ。 麺が特別に美味い、だから麺類は外れなし。 チャーハンは、具がちゃんと調理されてるから超絶に旨い。 レバニラが、大大好き、旨い。 私は、東京で一番だと思い通ってる。 そして、そして、特筆すべきことが・・・・、 広い厨房が、常にピッカピカに清掃されていて油汚れなんてまったくない。 こんな町中華のお店って、なんて素敵なんだ。。。。 だから、いつもカウンター席で調理している厨房を眺めながら食してる。
