Что тут выдающегося ? Расклеивали шкворень сверху, и прогнали сквозь горячую балку, наверняка посадили ее. Втулки не осадили шариком, развёрткой не прошли. В общем плохо.

I love watching professionals at work. He's clearly done this exact repair so many times that it's second nature for him. This video shows exactly why experience is so important.

@@patrickfair9107 you got bearings in a clean box. Why the hell would you throw them in the dirt? Makes no sense. He could also put them back in the box after showing them. This is what real mechanics do.
I drove a Garbage truck for 27 years I would of be a pleasure to have these guys working on my truck. Mechanics we had would of took them all day to this kind of job it’s a art how these gents get it done
They did do a great job! And it did take them all day to do it! Guy had a head torch on at the end. 👊👊👊

@@sergeyyakimov8124 это точно, балку убили! От ударов верхняя часть шкворня расклепывается, немного но этого хватает чтобы в разогретой до красна балке металл потянуть и новый шкворень там будет как в жопе болтаться.

@@Seraphimwings-oc4gn человек правильно сказал. Сделано тяп ляп в антисанитарных условиях. Даже там на улице это можно было сделать более цивильно. Не понимаю восхищения ими. Обычная замена шкворня.
Водители, в дороге молитесь Богу чтобы сохранил вас от аварии и поломки в дороге ...особенно зимой.... Сегодня 27.12.22 у сына неполадки с генератором на груз..Газеле ..завёл в дороге на веревке...и не глушил весь день ...без печки ...днём без света ...мы все молились за него ...Это чудо -- ,,потихоньку доехал домой в 9 ч .по темному..Слава Богу !...Заглушил около дома ...больше не завёл....Завтра смотреть....Менять щетки генератора ,думаем..??

Now here's a man that knows what he is doing. He's definitely done this a time or two. Ha. Ha. Reminds me growing up in the late 60s and 70s. My father owned a three bay gas station. I learned how to drive and work on cars knee high to a grasshopper.!!!!!!!! I remember watching my father taking carburetors apart especially the bigger 4 barrel one. My God there's so many screws, pins, springs, connector rods, and ball bearings. Never once stopping or even breathing.!!!! Put it all into a basket for chemical cleaning. Then reassemble it with a rebuild kit. Never look at a manual, so to speak. Amazing just like this guy

Мастер класс по ремонту! Молодцы! Не забывайте повалять в песке детали, это увеличит скорость ремонта и пробег автомобиля. Чумазые, но довольные, ставлю 5+!
Тоже удивился, что крепеж прямо в песок бросили. Судя по их спецовке, им это пох. И там не такая уж грязная работа, чтоб носить такую убитую одежду.
Они профессионалы, но допустили серьёзную ошибку при демонтаже сапфы, точнее когда выбивали шкворню. Шкворню нужно вбивать так , чтобы опора стояла непосредственно рядом откуда выходит шкворня и должна быть жёсткая опора, а не гидравлический домкрат, который амортизирует удары.
Шкворень - он, а не она, Цапфа, а не сапфа. И в данном случае - поворотный кулак, Цапфа это та часть кулака, на которую подшипники устанавливаются.
Ошибку допустил тупой водила,не мазал шкворня,уверен второй такой же,поэтому он и заржавел настолько,что сняли только при помощи горелки,при этом посадочное место в балке под шкворен однозначно прослабло.....Папуасы,одно слово....
Да это все херня, вот оправку когда выбивали шкворень уже менять надо, если осколок отлетит в глаз ( они оба без очков) будет пи@да, у меня знакомый с осколком в руке ходит уже лет тридцать, элементарной техники безопасности никакой
@@user-zm2rp9ty7z любая шкворня меняется таким макаром. Ты хоть замазайся она все равно туго сидит ржавеет в балке. В том месте литол не поступает и там прикипает. Без горелки такую работу не сделать никак. И нечего там не прослабнет и папуас это скорее всего ты.
..."топорная работа"! 😥 Подшипник накрыли позже, втулки без оправки долбил и.т.д. Да, на практике так в основном делается, но применяется приспособия для конкретного дела. Шкворень мягок- кувалдой расплющить что два пальца обосать...Там отверстия для смазки шкворня есть вообще в цапфе? 🤔 Кажись на пару месяцев и буде как в начале.🤣

В чём он уникален? Что на видео показывает что трудно одеть спецовку перед ремонтом и перчатки? После таких в кабине и керхер не помогает.Извините но я знаю о чём говорю.Сам после таких на машину садился

Dude is a boss can't believe he did all that work in only 13min. My buddy helped me replace cv boot. Took like 3 hrs
It’s sped up, so it took longer than 13 min. Still impressive either way.
He started when there was still day light and finished at night. Probably took 3 hrs. But yaa like the other guy replied this is no mean task.
Yep, had a kid ask me for a quote to replace his cv axle. After the quote he was offended because he said it only took some guy 10 minutes on KZhead to do the job. I laughed and now say "it only takes xx minutes on KZhead to do the job" when people ask me how long. Classic
That kind of work is rough, but when you know what you're doing and have the tools, it can be done. I never became a mechanic because I hate to get dirty but I never became a surgeon either, so I lost out both ways. My hat off to these guys.

It's not about being dirty or clean it's about liking what u do. I don't like the cold weather or dirt either but I do like puzzles and I like figuring stuff out. Honestly as a transmission mechanic it's pretty fun everyday something different and it keeps ur brain sharp like the knowledge and understanding I now have compared to my younger days it's crazy. This kind of trade really does improve ur ability to think. And stuff just clicks when like for example when u look at a computer and u click on the search bar start typing ND stuff pops up. That's the same thing I get when I disassemble and reassemble a transmission or just thinking in general it's one click away to figuring it out, and as peaches come off and go on its all just clicking to me

It's ok, i was working on the other side on my own. Even managed to get the job done before it got dark.
that would only really apply if it was a brand new lorry and even then king pins very often wear at different rates as the kerbside one gets a lot more abuse as the road is generally always rougher than the centre of the road so it gets a lot more stick..

Замена шкворней,это конечно всегда весело,и чем реже машину шприцевали ,тем веселее проходит замена😁
The torch is sometimes needed, but it should not really be your first choice. It can change the metallurgical properties of the pieces that you don't change. The original heat-treatment can become compromised. But most people that do this stuff haven't been to a serious school that teaches the physics behind what's been engineered into these assemblies. It's typically school of hard knocks & monkey see/monkey do. So don't be so impressed with this repair. Yes they work hard; they look very industrious; & they get it back in service, but they could have done it better if they understood more about being a seriously trained mechanic/repair technician.
Sometimes no other way to get it done. Otherwise would take them days of hitting those bolts out.

Everything looked great until the hammering the king pin and bearings in. King pin should slide in and the knuckle should turn freely. Other than that good job guys!
Videos like this make one realize we are all just trying to get things done and make an honest living
For longevity you want to make sure there's little pieces of dirt in the bearings, that way when it gets into the bearing and starts scoring a groove seating the bearing 👍
You think they worried about a little bit of dirt so instead of going 50,000 miles it goes 40,000

I don't think the dirt is an issue tbh, I assume they would have inspected the bearings for contamination, but I suppose blasting them with a cleaning spray before packing the grease would be good practice.
Gtfo here troll, their repair is a fraction of what your dumbass would charge, even if the repair had to be done over and over again a dozen or more times.

Несколько лет назад, я на грузовой газеле попал.....Ехал домой ,пустой уже ...Км 150 от дома задний мост вышел из строя ( обломился корпус моста ,сразу после ресоры правой ...колесная пара вышла наружу и полуось вышла из редуктора моста....скорость небольшая ...ехал на под,ем...сразу остановился к обочине....Пришлось ночевать...Потом вызвал знакомого эвакуаторщика ...погрузили привезли домой.Меняли корпус моста... ..
Master auto tech 45 years (retired) I like how everyone respects/praises these mechanics. Unfortunately, they get paid s--t, the drivers get paid more, been this way for decades until recently, that's why there's nobody left!
На КАМАЗе сам менял в первый раз возле дома , тогда сожгли два балона ацетилена и переломал все кувалды у соседей, самое трудное было выбить клинья шкворней! В быстрой перемотке видоса прикольно смотреть!

А почему новые втулки обе одновременно разверткой не прошли ? Руль самне будет возвращаться , по прямой тоже будет проблемно ехать
Там не втулки, там игольчатые подшипники, как на волговских шкаорнях и на левом маятнике соболя. Меня больше интересует как у них сальник на место залез?

Good to see those wheel nuts were hand threaded on first👍🏼🙏 before the air gun was used.... I worked at a popular UK garage and we used to get so many customers come for a tyre change and then had to tell them ur wheel nuts are cross threaed and stuck on... 9 times out of 10 they took their new merc to the cheapest back street garage to save a few ££ on a tyre change. There's nothing wrong with back street garages you just have to find the one that does a good job and not a rush job 🔥🔥

Работал на Кразе савок в карьере на севере и деревяхах 256 и железо кабина 6510 как нам доставалось , всё сами и карданы , шкворня , штанги , буксы , раздатка и всё без пневмо пистолетов лом труба а ещё и на морозе . Незабываемые ощущения.

Please before I even say it I m not trying to disrespectful in the slightest. I've been a licensed mechanic up in Canada for almost 30 years but there are several things I remembered from going to trade school ( to earn my license) and one of them was not to heat front end parts but I also know that here in the real world sometimes you have to do what you have to. They go by the book and sometimes it takes something not from the book to get it done. Ty for putting this video up. 👍🇨🇦
