The crazy thing is that some of the player when they speak I was like"Oh...right...we used to have this guy" And then they say they won 66 games along with Bron...damn, the King is definitely the best player to turn the tie in a team through out whole NBA history.

    • GREAT video, enjoyed it,start till finish. Been a fan of Bron's first game in the league and still a fan.Hearing Bron being friendly and talking to his team-mates is defining and encouraging them to take shots ( this builds his team-mates confidence, instead of berating them )and him having fun is-COOL-too. LOL. Lebron is a-GENERATIONAL-player,only one-KOBE-only one-MJ,there'll never be other players like these 3. I've enjoyed the wild ride.

  • When I first watched basketball, I was like 11-12 yrs old. I grew up from a very poor household and we didn’t have any electronics in the house. The first person I idolized from the start was lebron james when he was in Heat. I followed him wherever he goes. Idc what team, if lebrons there, that’s my team bcs I never bet against him cs he’s just great. I’m 24 yrs old now, and hear alot about who the GOAT is. I can respect Jordan being the goat, but Lebron is my favorite player of all time, and nobody else will replace that. He’s a phenomenal person on and off the court, and that’s a great role model. I will surely miss him when it’s all said and done.

    • Don't you realize that LeBron IS the original hater? He disrespected all the legends that came before him by 'jokingly' proclaiming himself the goat, and continuing to take the easier out instead of becoming the best he could have become. He IS great, and very great no doubt.... _he just didn't fulfill his goat potential. He belongs in the same tier with WIlt, Shaq and Dr J._ He's had enough chances and more than enough help already, and the last 6 years says he won't get close again without another pandemic...PEACE and have a great day :)

  • I skipped the Miami part. As a Northeast Ohio native, I choose to forget those years ever happened. I watch exactly zero minutes of the NBA until he came back and delivered on his promise to us, which he did ! I remember hearing about him when he was in eighth or ninth grade while I was wrapping up at Kent State. Local radio guys were already talking about this kid at St V’s in our own backyard that’s gonna be the next Kobe. Crazy to think that’s getting to be 25years ago now. Lebron will always be our hometown guy and I’m still thrilled he gave this area a title we thought we’d never see in our lifetime. That celebration downtown was something else.

If someone said Russell Westbrook was the goat, John Wall was the GOAT, Kevin Durant or even Giannis, people would just ignore them because it’s obvious that they aren’t of that ilk. But let someone talk positive about LeBron James…… that’s when they get infuriated. Because deep down they know he’s extraordinarily special.

  • Im from Cleveland my bro did security for the Cavs and used to tell me how Boozer, Darius Miles and especially Rickey Davis all acted funny with young Bron. In fact when asked "How is it playing with Bron?" Ricky said " Great I have someone else to pass me the ball" Ricky Davis thought he was Jordan in Cleveland and was jealous to this day I hate hearing him speak on Bron because he didnt like him. Lebon's greatness got Tricky Ricky out of Cleveland. That's why they all look stupid AF when they are asked about him. I saw him in high school in Akron play he it was unbelievable to see up close. My bro used to tell me me how early Bron was in that gym alone talking to himself calling himself stupid after missed shots. Every time I look at Kyrie I think 'what if" What if Kyrie didnt have that desire to be the man on a team of his own the Cavs would have won one or two more. The crazy part is Kyrie left but has still never carried a team on his own. When I look at Bron I wonder "what if" What if Lebron would have had 50% Kobe and Jordans killer mentalities what he would have been like. I think the most vicious version of Lebron I saw was the #6 version in Miami the year after that lost to Dallas. That year he didnt talk to the press, he didnt laugh smile or dance and he was a monster. I am glad I had a chance to see him play at every stage. I moved to Vegas just so I can fly to LA to see him play and I try to go to as many games as I can. I have never met him yet but I hold on to an original Hot Wheels H2 Hummer Lebron Rookie Card maybe I can get that signature on it and throw in a safe deposit box lol

  • Great stuff, really gives the idea of how pointless debates are - if everyone, from teammates to opponents, over two decades, are still trying to come to terms with what Lebron really is and does, and his teammates basically kiss their own elbows trying to thank their lucky star they got to play with him… yeah. Also, Shumpert is a GREAT storyteller

    • @@imadheck9884 This isn’t boxing. It’s much harder to build a dynasty than to jump from Superteam to Superteam and winning under ideal circumstances. Maybe it would be just as impressive if he didn’t get bailed out by Ray Allen, Commissioner Silver, and a Bubble (that he was given a heads up on and the only team allowed to practice and get into basketball shape for).

  • When ppl in this video talk about Lebron and his greatness, they often give these lightweight, matter-of-fact style soundbites, saying things we either already knew about, heard about a million times, or saw with our own eyes...EXCEPT SHUMPERT. That man gives you the intricate details about the way Bron's minds works, the way he approaches the game, and things you would've never known about him that are extraordinary. And that's why this whole thing could've been made with Shump's commentary ONLY and would've been just as entertaining, if not more.

  • That's why a lot of players didn't want to play with LeBron even still to this day is because it's pressure to win and you're expected to win.. Pressure bust pipes or make also it makes diamonds the pressure turned JR and many into a diamond's 🙏
