I challenged the world's biggest and richest KZheadrs to break a board with the 1 inch punch. People like Brandon William, Airrack's personal trainer, Zealous, J.Stu, Mr Beast, Graham Stephan, Ryan Trahan, and many more. The one inch punch was made famous by Bruce Lee. It's a powerful close ranged punch from 1 inch away. The main difference between the one inch punch and the iron fist punch is the travel distance. A normal punch is 6-12 inches away from the target. But a one inch punch is from a palm distance away. Bruce Lee was able to knock down opponents twice his size with his 1 inch punch.

  • To be absolutely fair Bruce Lee did the one inch punch, with the right leg forward and the left leg behind and then punch with your right hand. That will completely leave the strenght of your body and leg behind meaning, only the punch from your arm will give all the energy/power. (Feel free to do it with your dominant hand ofcourse!) Its practically impossible to do that with your 3rd board (except for Bruce ofc) Maybe a next challenge for you?😉

      @woa685@woa685 Жыл бұрын
    • Iirc, Bruce Lee took the technique form from fencing. He uses his left leg to make a line with his right arm and get the full strength of the lower and upper body. He starts with a normal stance, and snaps into a line between his left leg and right arm. This allows the force from the left leg lunging forward to also be driven straight into the outstretched arm.

  • The trick with the 1 inch punch is you need to act like your punching a guy behind the board and squeeze your fist before you make contact

    • or maybe the clips are not in order and he is just putting the victory ones at the end. It did seem like they cheated by doing more than an inch but in my opinion only brandon william and just dustin did it properly and both of them are kinda strong (brandon training iron fist and dustin doing his normal wall breaking)

    • while i have to agree, he's not doing it on purpose - he kinda stumbles backward in an unnatural manner, which probably means its the broken right leg that cant take the pressure rather than him trying to purposefully make other people seem weak

  • I don't know if I could break it, but I can kinda see how you are way closer to the board and how your kinda leaning and cocking your fist back under your chest to get the burst of speed have more kick behind it 🤔

  • To make the punch stronger, use your behind left leg and circle your hips a little, then change the left leg direction, it will make the whole body into that punch. (You can see Bruce lee left leg change direction when he is using it, just some tips) ;vv
