He should have never offered to over pay him. With that being said 30% is even more than he deserved so that's why he took it without a fuss. Usually ud pay somebody 15-20% but none the less dude was wrong. He actually looked like one of the worst people in the world. I don't have that kind of bone in my body. He needs to ask God for forgiveness. I'm glad that he was so humble and understanding because it's not like he really needed it and I'm sure the artist needs every dime he can get. I wouldn't make a big deal of it but that guy was cold hearted and cold blooded when he seen opportunity while knowing he made an earlier agreement 🤝

I stayed at the Jane Hotel when I was in Manhattan. The price varies throughout the year, but I got a room for $150 a night when I was there. During the winter, it’s somewhere around $80-100 a night for the cheapest room. It’s a bit weird turning things on in there(they give you a copper cylinder attached to your digital key fob, and when you enter the room, you need to insert it horizontally into the wall on the switches to turn on all the lights and the AC and the tv)
Here in London you’d risk getting arrested and fined for reselling multipack bottles to tourists and using the “tube” train without paying but I love the concept and was a great experiment, and such a kind and generous gesture giving back to all those who helped you.
