The phone noise glitch can occur when you are browsing randomly some apps and you get a text message from an NPC (say Lester). This overrides the original sound queue because only one set of sound queues can play whilst on phone
6:39 I’ve actually encountered that glitch multiple times. I don’t know why it happens, but for me at least, it usually activates when I get an in game text/email while I have my phone open.

the tezeract is a fairly mediocre supercar you can't benefit from not being affected by catchup if you can't lead the race
For info no. 6: Characters jump around and climb anything easily with the gold they carry along with everything you mentioned in the video. So it's more than 7.8 tonnes.
The shovel was an early release item that was quickly removed bc it was op. It swung very fast and each hit would knock the enemy player to the ground from which they could not get back up until respawn.
And then they add the stone hatchet which is a one hit kill and gives you health

6:40 the thing that triggers that glitched sound for the phone is getting a notification while using the phone. that high pitched sound when getting a notification makes the sounds of your phone get mixed in with it

6:30 This glitch of the phone sound effects is caused when you receive a notification/text/email on your phone when you have the phone open. It also happens during certain missions where your phone receives the Trackify or Hacking applications WHILE you have your phone open.
Number 25. You can trigger it if you open your phone at the same time you get a notification (like warstock notifications or LS car meet, jobs, heists, etc.)

The bit where the NPCs with names are introduced always reminds me the scene from Shaun of The Dead where Ed talks about the regulars at the pub trying to convince Shaun that they are interesting people.

If you have other player in your vehicle and they get disconnected, his/her character will become NPCs, and they'll panic in the vehicle until you stop. Then they jump out, and start running. If you hit them, they'll have a voice

For 25 I found that a lot of times what triggers the phone glitch is if you bring it up when you get a text. I think it's because the text sound and sound of the phone being brought up is being played at the same time

Emailing was the only type of communication in 2015. When it came out for pc we just used that. It wasn't able to DM someone in game
Another fun fact: the Double Action revolver, is in fact, double action. The trigger is pressure-sensitive if you're playing with a controller, and you can observe the hammer pulling back and the cylinder rotating while you pull the trigger.

6:38 I think these sounds are triggered because when you enter the Activity app that is only online (can’t remember the name, it is where you can look for heists and enter quickly into an activity), these sounds start to sound and the only way to get rid of them is putting away your phone and then pulling it out again.

1:24 this is not an oversight but an Easter egg. The pistol is detailed after the gun in James Bond movie” the man with the golden gun” and it is still because the beholder of the gun is a professional marksman and a perfect shot.
Black Cellphone is probably a debug thing. The explosion might have been an indicator for debug tools they fired right, just this is something that was not removed, while more subtle ones are either not found or removed, but needed the blast to know if it worked (esentially simliar to a print)
13:59 the last two of those are definitely parodies of the logos of the LA Angels and Oakland A's, which are Californian baseball teams. The colors are wrong but the first one might also be a parody of the LA Dodgers logo. They're very very close to the original logos, especially the Angels one, so I'm not surprised they got cut
3:41 your mechanic, Johnny on the spot, can deliver a vehicle across several miles all within seconds. Which is much faster than any vehicle can travel, so we can only assume that he picks the vehicle up with his bare hands and runs it to you faster than the speed of sound.

Fun fact: Free falling without a parachute makes your character scream. This is the only time you can hear their voice. Edit: Ok, free falling isn't the ONLY time, but it's the simplest way to trigger it.

Because if you're using an attack helicopter they can makes your rockets explode on the flare impact killing you which is a pretty smart thing

@13:32 Developer here! I can explain why there is a 2nd toilet. Before we work on a map, we build a simple greybox to see how everything would look and feel. Then we fill everything with models and props and remove the greyboxing. What you see there is a greybox model that they forgot to remove.
So a Greybox is a low-polygon version of the map right?

I have the hazardous jerry can mentioned in this video, it has 0 ammo so every time I hold rt with it, I pour out a little bit and drop it. I get it back every time I load into the game. I didn’t know how I got it until I watched this video

It would be nice if they added more mini games like pool and air hockey (as seen in another gta info video) so we have more things to do casually. I don’t feel like grinding for 2 hours all the time just to buy a good car.

I know what causes the phone glitch, when on the contact section on an online characters phone, if you receive a notification (jobs,messages.ect) it will distort and cause the strange noises

When you start new a character the spawn location is “Hotel” by default but after you switch to something else you can’t switch back again

im hella late but if u create a new character i think sometimes in ur interaction menu u have spawnpoint set to hotel and for 27 i think when u change ceo style once to left and right then the clothes will dry instantly atleast it removes blood
Funnily enough, the supposed "glitch" that allows you to keep the hazardous jerry can seems to still be around, as when I was doing the Diamond Casino heist recently with a friend, both of us got to keep our hazardous jerry cans after doing the maintenence crew con.

At 6:44 the distorted phone sounds are a bug. You can get the bug to work by waiting to get a notification the quickly open your phone while the notification sound is playing. And they haven’t patched this yet. Its not useful or anything its just a bug. Edit: it only works while you are using your phone. If you stop using it then the weird sound will go away and the normal will come back.
