  • Props to this young man for staying respectful of his elders and being willing to listen and not get in his feelings. Displayed good emotional maturity and seems to have been raised right. This is how many elders in my life spoke to me growing up and I no doubt walked away saying ‘they’re mean…” etc… but I listened and many of their lessons and words still resonate in my mind in certain situations and I still use it as a guide . Delivery was mean , but the long term value is pleasantly priceless.

  • I had a chance to meet Mr. Wilson when he came to speak at my high-school. He was an awesome and amazing speaker. We were seniors. He spoke about hardship, life, fear of the unknown, telling the truth and doing something decent with your life. He's an amazing Man. I'm glad that I got to meet him. ❤

It also allowed the older generation to think that everything they said and did was the correct way. Sometimes they need to be checked too in a respectable way.   • Yes! I'll be watching Sanford and Son tonight like I do every, darn day. I don't even know what the new shows are. With the exception of of few shows from the 80s and 90s, all of my television is from the 70s an Sanford and Son is, and will always be #1. There's no television above it to me.
