@@Introgamer14 uhm I really don´t want to disappoint you, but of course that is electronically programmed. It was just in the early stages of that stuff. Pretty much no modern car makes any pop and bang without it being programmed. But you have to give it to them they really did it very well and its only a tiny bit here.
@@timonxDlol Actually not, the E63 and other models with the M157 were the last models. They were the first fitted with the 7Spd MCT Gearbox. And paired with the turbo waste and the MCT it causes misfires in the engine. That's a normal appearance of heavily boosted petrol engines, my first car back then also had it unelectronically. But after the OPF released it had to be programmed, cuz exhaust gases and wastegate streams get filtered at the OPF
@@timonxDlol The car cuts ignition while upshifting, and when the excess fuel ignites, thats when you get a pop.

As a bmw fanatic i enjoy V8's. V10's even more. Therefor the new 4 cilinder AMG cars i hope that mercedes buyers will think twice and look at other brands to keep that mighty v8

@Jonas Jonaitis Eh, I’d say both the M156 6.2L V8 and the M157 5.5L V8 have their places! I love them both. The last 4.0L TT V8 does sound muted though.

Very. Had one for 2 years and didn´t have a single problem with it, and i wasn´t exactly easy on the throttle. :)

Don’t listen to this MaveMad guy and his anecdotal information. The W212 itself is *pretty* reliable, apart from a few issues that aren’t necessarily breaking the bank. If we’re talking about the M157, there are a few common issues I suggest reading into if you’re planning on getting one as these aren’t easy or cheap to fix.
after 10 years and 100k km these are expensive in maintenance.
