I told him how much I loved his performance in both Terrifier movies and how much he terrified me (no pun intended) and he said "well I did my job." And he's mentioned how much fun he has in those movies.

(i.e. editing your footage together with Lauren's so you can't easily tell who's who)? I appreciate the precision, positioning, and camerawork that go into how stunt performers are choreographed to have their faces hidden or obscured at just the right angle while doing such physically demanding work.

    @notedbubbly667@notedbubbly6675 ай бұрын
    • Those are the best moments for me. Like the diner in the first film. Because you know he's crazy and super dangerous and you feel tense on behalf of the unknowing possible victims. I wish they'd emphasize that a bit more in the films, honestly.

      @jonhartley6353@jonhartley63535 ай бұрын
    • My favorite moment was him pulling that pistol out in the first movie. It shows that even if he's mute, psychotic and a sadist he's still a normal human and he still wants to keep a trumpcard around in case someone manages to overpower him. So it's a real shame that he became immortal. I think that really takes away from him as a character.

    @secretlifeofhorror@secretlifeofhorror5 ай бұрын
    • I agree. Also shows that he will just resort to the easiest method to kill you if he feels you might be getting the upper hand. If I was about to decapitate an enemy and they did that, I don't even think I could feel like I actually defeated them even after I decapitated them. Imagine smiling at the person about to kill you and assisting them with your death.

    @Mister_Cool@Mister_Cool5 ай бұрын
    • Art did that because he knew that the Pale Girl as Damien Leone calls her. Would just resurrect him again like she or it did after he put the bullet through his head. At the end of Terrifier 2016 because the Pale Girl or clown girl is the supernatural force that resurrected Art back from the dead. In the ending of Terrifier 2016 so he knew he would come back. Because if you actually pay attention to the drawing of Sienna holding the head. In her father's drawing the head is clearly not Arts head it looks nothing like him. It looks like a demon head because it has pointed ears an other facial features. That looks nothing like Arts head because at the start when Art is washing his clothes. You clearly see he does not have pointed ears.

    • There's a story about the Jormsvikings where they were defeated in battle and captured. They were sentenced to be executed, rather than ransomed. They were to kneel down, and one by one beheaded by a sword. One of the Vikings told his executioner that he was particularly fond of his long hair and wished not to be parted with it in the afterlife, so they had another guy hold his hair. As the sword descended, the Viking pulled back suddenly, and the man who had been holding onto his hair lost his hands. The rest of the Vikings had a good laugh before they met their ends.

So i'm going to guess that based on the teaser that the opening is going to be Art killing a kid. Kids being harmed is something that doesn't happen a lot in movies, particularly in any sort of graphic detail. It's why the kid being killed in The Toxic Avenger still stands out to anyone that's seen it. So I could see big studios not really wanting to have to deal with the PR that'll surround that.
