"I don`t really know why but he doesn`t [poop everywhere]" Well. They DID show him where the Bathroom is.
Underrated lol

OML SO TRUE
Yes, that's what family do, they don't poop randomly coz they know where the restroom is! Hahaha..
I love when wild animals just waltz up to people and go "I'm your pet now."
Its a domestic rooster but I get what you're saying

My sisters and family moved and the house basically came with a cat. They love him now but he just kept on inviting himself in bc he use to live there. Previous owners tried to take him but he would just find his way back to his house!
Life has a lot of plans. Can you see this bird just walking to any mammals other than us to join their family/pack? I really don't think so.

This is a seabright. Beautiful birds. One of the only chickens that can actually fly for a period of time. Raised 3 as a kid and they used to fly up into our sycamore trees
definitely not a wild rooster, that’s someone’s bird
Might be shocking to hear, but all chickens fly (except those poor meat breeds the factory farms raise who’s legs crush under their unnaturally heavy weight) Always a sight when we open up our coop after they had to be, well, cooped up during a storm, 60 birds of myriad colors (because we get random breeds depending on what we want at the time) launch themselves and fly through the air, always at least one chicken who decides to show off and fly all the way to the house, but sometimes it’s 2-5 of them. It’s all based on how each chicken feels. If they feel like flying, they’ll launch and fly and you won’t catch them until they land. Usually, the ground is much more comfy and they’re all lazy. But still, the initial flight is always lovely :)
[Sonic and shadow] HELL NAH!
Norinia, that’s true. It’s just that as whole, chickens are usually poor fliers.
0:50 *jump*
Lucky bastard. He walks into someone’s house and gets to live there but when I do it I always get a “what are you doing in my house?” Or “I’m calling the police!” Wish I was him

And judging by the size of the rocks on her finger and how they made their house rustic with modern amenities, they’re doing quite well for themselves.
You've got to love good people who, when a random animal decides to move in, just say: "welcome home" and laugh about the insanity of life. 😊

So funny and cute. Years ago we had a neighbor's guinea hen adopt us. Acted like a guard dog when strangers came. We ended up creating shelter and warmed water dish on our porch for winter. When we sold the house the new owners wrote it into the contract that they got to keep her because their daughter loved it. Worked out best for all.
This is what life is really about to me. A happy little place with the people and animals you love.

You don't own a cat, the cat owns a human
I briefly had a rooster who was basically a small dog lol. He knew how to use the cat flap to let himself in, would hang out with my dog on the couch or kick back with the cats and adored being held and cuddled. Chickens are such neat animals with big personalities and def form bonds with their owners.
Golden sebrights are definitely a sassy breed. I have three of them and they are absolutely hilarious to watch. They also are a lot more calmer to being picked up and touched compared to the more common breeds of chicken.
The roosters are beautiful! How about the hens?
I love when animals go to a random house and think"those guys looks kinda cool so i'm gonma stay with them :D"
Most definitely the easiest way to get pets then you're pretty confident they won't try to escape
Yeah, and it's a cat speciality
Yep! A stray cat picked me and my hubby and we made him a bed and use an old pet carrier and an old towel we put in so he has a warm and dry place to sleep on the front porch and we give him food and fresh water, he likes being petted and picked up, and he meows when he see's us, he's been around for over a year and named him Scotty. He doesn't want to come in our house, he still likes his freedom! 😉💖
He probably was already domesticated and got out/lost.
@@Mr.Anders0n_ Yep. Every cat I've had except one has just shown up one day and decided, "Yeah, this place is pretty sweet and the dumbass who lives here feeds me, so I think I'll stay." Animals seem to know if you're an animal person.

Lol @ 'Chicken Dog.' From what I know of Roosters, that seems like an apt description. And obviously, if you ever put him on a little harness and leash to bring him in public somewhere, that's exactly what you'd call that particular breed. A Chicken Dog. 😂

The couple have a great sense of humour. And the rooster is something else!
Roosters are nothing but a threat to society
We got a flock of about 13, and our newest rooster (previous was got by a fox) is a total sweetheart. A lot of roosters tend to be jerks but that's the personality development when you gotta fight off predators bigger than you.
Are you certain it was taken by a fox? Because 13 is really big for a flock. There is a chance that it got bullied out of the flock, or just got the urge to migrate. Ronny in the video likely just left his flock, when it got too large, in search for a new one. 12 birds is usually quoted as the recommended maximum. Beyond that the chickens can have a hard time to form a pecking order, which tend to lead to infighting. Chickens have complicated social structures.
@@MegaBanne Thank you for the advice, but yes we are sure, we found feathers, blood, red fur, and foxes are a common occurrence where im at.
@@MegaBanne My main flock is 26. There are 22 hens and 4 roosters. No fighting. Pecking orders aren't linear.
Is no one going to talk about how pretty the chickens feathers are
Ron looks like a Sebright bantam. I think the black edges of his feathers are called “lacing”.
you did
Yeah, he really is handsome, blue feet 'nall
I didn't recognise the breed, but he's clearly a bantam. For those who don't know: Bantams are miniature versions of the regular size chicken breeds. It's a fancy way to say ''dwarf chicken''.
They are beautiful. Never seen any like them.
for anyone wondering, it's a golden laced sebright. Its a super friendly bantam breed chicken 😊
I wondered. Thx!
This rooster has no spurs. These people would not have a rooster with spurs riding around on their shoulders. Spurs would cut into human skin, even if the rooster wanted to be nice. Rooster spurs are like razor blades. Don't know about the breed...was thinking that maybe someone else had this rooster as a pet...and had the spurs removed.
very pretty coloring
@@ceceliaclarke8427 he has spurs they're just small. He might not be fully grown yet and not all Roosteres develope big spurs. And they're not like blades they're more like stingers, they can't really cut you.
I swear I read bantam as Batman the first time I saw this
This is a bantam breed called a Brown Sebright Rooster. They also come in Silver (White). Such a gorgeous breed, I love them. Their feathers are tinted with black on the edges. A bantam chicken is a miniature version of a regular chicken. Ronnie is so sweet and affectionate! He is used to a chicken coop for protection from aerial predators like hawks. I'm glad you built him one. They also like to roost on branches. Keep that coop open during the day so he can run inside if needed. I would plant some bushes around for cover. Having jet black chickens will dissuade hawks, as they think they are crows. Crows harass hawks and owls to chase them off. Be sure he has access to dirt, as chickens need grit to grind their grains.
Or keep him inside unless they are out. I think that is what Ronnie prefers anyway.
"Hey Ronnie! How doya doodle doo??" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Thats hilarious. The dog is like: "seriously, people?"
We've guarded you, pulled your sleds, recognized you as pack leader, been your FRIEND for 11,000 years. And you're going to let this *carpetbagging* Johnny-come-lately come strutting in here and own the place? HE DOESN'T EVEN MAKE EGGS.

The dog face was like - who are you and why are you here. Lol 😅
He was definitely someone’s pet before this, I’ve had roosters and they are this friendly if you socialize them with humans... also roosters are flock animals, you should buy a chicken for him, that’s why he gets angry when he’s in the coop alone, and acts differently when he’s with you guys, he wants the company..
nioce advise
also he get on high object because his work is to scout around for any danger on the coop. if he get on high position he can go down by himself xD
Some will get aggressive and attack a human when they get a hen, they want to protect the hen.

I love how extreme animal lovers go from “There’s a chicken on the porch!” to “Ronnie, we’ve told you a thousand times not to get on that ceiling fan!” in the blink of an eye. 😂
To "I know it's hot, but we can't use the fan - it's Ronnie's fan now"
"DON'T PECK MY EYE" Now that's unconditional love 🤣
There is Room for that Chicken at My House too! Right next to the mashed Taters and Gravy!
My pigeon was an alarm clock. It pecks my nose to wake me up.
"How do you doodle do?" 🤣😅🤣😅🤣 that was very Ned Flanders of him...
Loved that
He’s a good lookin’ bird! 💕
such beautiful plumage, and AMAZING tail!
You didn’t adopt him, he adopted you.
He's domesticated, probably escaped from someone
Agreed
