    • It's a form of protest against the government we hate . This is a form of disobedience against their backward Islamic laws. When you see some of the girls not covering their hair. Is another way of protesting . As far as the regime concerns it's illegal to not have stupid Hijiab but our Girls do it knowing it can cause them trouble however they do it. They are very brave the ladies. Another is not to respect the Islamic laws and purposely do the opposite of what's required so disobedience is a form of resistance against this illegal take over of our country by this foreign regime which is Islamic republic and their 8% backward followers.

  • It is the leadership of any country that makes it or mars it. Persian civilization was one of the greatest in the history of the planet. Although some thousand years ago, most Zoroastrians converted to Islam, yet, that has not changed the people. They are civilized, cultured and proud of their civilization. Unlike in Pakistan where Hindu temples have been neglected and destroyed after Muslims of India were given a state of their own by departing British, in Iran, they have maintained the Zoroastrian places of worship for the last thousand years. I believe the Iranians are a good people.

    • Part of that is because of sanctions from the West. The West knows of two ways to rule and dominate the world: bombs and sanctions. How many inocent civilians have been killed by western countries since the second world war. And how many democratic governments have been overthrown by the US. In Iran together with the british they made a coup against Prime Minister Mosaddegh and installed the brutal regime of the Shah always to protect their own economic interests. It will always the ordinary and poor people who suffer.
