Its a different feel The lightweight fighters might give a piercing feeling on the punch coz the arm is smaller and lighter like being punch with a needle. Heavy ones will move and rock your body. Hence easier to be knocked out.
You should see their speed. Forget punches. I shadow boxes a pro once and that's putting it lightly as we were at a shindig Hollywood party. I was taking a break from the party out on the gravel driveway when Tony Lopez came up and we chatted. The usual banter and I asked him if he ever missed being in the ring or was film right for him. Yes he missed it. I told him I never went to a boxing match so I couldn't tell how fast those guys were. He asked what I did. I had just come off a National championship in Tennis. My reaction to 130 mph serves were quick. So Tony waves to me and starts dancing obviously ready to spar. I line up myself to him and he's an arms length and a foot away. I'm thinking I've got time to move. He moves in so damn quick with four punches I blink and it's over. He's hit me four times. I say let's go again. I watch the guys feet he's literally dancing on his toes on the gravel and I'm ready watching him and....bam he strikes. This time I manage to move a bit but he lit me up still. These guys are extremely fast lighting quick. It's scary because he was just messing around not even trying hard. Respect to these fighters be it they are 1st place or 50th ranking. They're deadly fast.
