The simple life of D. Gukesh | Room Tour in Chennai

2024 ж. 6 Қаң.
946 550 Рет қаралды

Gukesh is one of the top players in the world of chess! He is going to be playing at the Candidates tournament in a few months from now. Just 17 years of age, it is very interesting to see how this youngster lives his life. We visited his home in Chennai and we get a glimpse of his room in this video. But more importantly we get an insight into how Gukesh lives his life. We think he lives like a chess monk - simple living - practices chess, lives books, focusses on fitness and has a bed to take rest. Simple living, high thinking! Let us know if you too think the same! :)

  • I didn’t know Gukesh until the 2024 Candidates Tournament. This video has given me a deep appreciation for his great character and personality. We should admire his parents for raising such a remarkable person. Just yesterday, after his defeat to Alireza, I saw how he managed his emotions, neatly arranged the chess pieces, and then left the table. I admire him greatly. Best wishes and success to you and your lovely family.
