If held at the right angle you can cut slightly into the bolt. Then turn the air hammer to where it will hammer the stuck bolt to unspin the bolt. Given a little practice it works great. This air hammer gives you the control needed to get the job done right. Very powerful yet still does not seem to have as much vibration as other guns I have used. One of the best I have gotten my hands on.

Молодец, Новоявленный Кулибин! Это то, что я искал! Разобрал и почистил Энхель, а собрать клепки не хватило! )))) Перерыл интернет с телефона, РЕАЛЬНО ТУПОРЫЛАЯ ЖЕСТЬ ! Пришел домой, запустил комп ... и ОБАНА! РЕАЛЬНЫЙ РЕСПЕКТ! Я и сам бы собрал, просто хотелось все "фишечки" поставить в правильном ракурсе и последовательности! Но жесть в том, что большинство "мастеров" , тупо жуют сопли и кизячную смазку от "убитых" дрелей! )) В общем респект и уважуха!

Bosch sells rotary hammer grease. Just lub up the end of your bit and go. although some use grease internally too if it doesn't use compressed air like most electric ones do now. It's really neat how the new ones function.

It looks like a "Globus" to me. I have a similar one. Bought it from a recycling center for €2 or something. It wasn't "saying" anything. I mean I press the switch and ... nothing. Which means 90% an easy job. I mean broken switch, or cable, or a wire. And I was right. Broken switch. I replaced it, and it works perfectly.

При удалении остатков смазки удобнее было бы достать её при помощи деревянной палочки, например, от мороженого, или плоской (шлицевой) отвёрткой, потом туалетной бумагой или ветошью. Это добро можно использовать для розжига печи. Только после этого можно было бы искупать в ванночке с высоким бортом в растворителе и обмыть с помощью кисти и зубной щётки, в конце вытереть насухо. Так будет более чисто и меньше времени придется дышать этой гадостью. А растворитель слить в бутылку для отстаивания и до следующего раза. Кстати, судя по внешнему виду, его эксплуатировали беспощадно и совсем не обслуживали. Вы не показали износ малого ствола - неужели он был в порядке? В редуктор смазки наложили запредельно - она всё равно раскидывается по краям. А вот под верхний переключатель надо было больше - защитит от пыли и песка. Работа сделана на высоком уровне. Кабель какой поставили PVC?

Excelente video. quizás alguien me pueda ayudar. Como se llama la pieza que aparece En 8:23 en adelante? A esa pieza de mi maquina se le agrandaron los agujeros para las bolillas de acero. Y al ponerlas, se pasan para el otro lado. Quise buscar el Nombre de la pieza para reemplazarla pero no lo sé. Las bolillas son de 7mm y ya las cambié pero sigue pasando lo mismo.

Молодец, Новоявленный Кулибин! Это то, что я искал! Разобрал и почистил Энхель, а собрать клепки не хватило! )))) Перерыл интернет с телефона, РЕАЛЬНО ТУПОРЫЛАЯ ЖЕСТЬ ! Пришел домой, запустил комп ... и ОБАНА! РЕАЛЬНЫЙ РЕСПЕКТ! Я и сам бы собрал, просто хотелось все "фишечки" поставить в правильном ракурсе и последовательности! Но жесть в том, что большинство "мастеров" , тупо жуют сопли и кизячную смазку от "убитых" дрелей! )) В общем респект и уважуха!

Hello. Great job. I am going to start repair my electric hammer tomorrow. What grease did you use to lubricate the mechanism?
Bosch sells rotary hammer grease. Just lub up the end of your bit and go. although some use grease internally too if it doesn't use compressed air like most electric ones do now. It's really neat how the new ones function.

It looks like a "Globus" to me. I have a similar one. Bought it from a recycling center for €2 or something. It wasn't "saying" anything. I mean I press the switch and ... nothing. Which means 90% an easy job. I mean broken switch, or cable, or a wire. And I was right. Broken switch. I replaced it, and it works perfectly.

При удалении остатков смазки удобнее было бы достать её при помощи деревянной палочки, например, от мороженого, или плоской (шлицевой) отвёрткой, потом туалетной бумагой или ветошью. Это добро можно использовать для розжига печи. Только после этого можно было бы искупать в ванночке с высоким бортом в растворителе и обмыть с помощью кисти и зубной щётки, в конце вытереть насухо. Так будет более чисто и меньше времени придется дышать этой гадостью. А растворитель слить в бутылку для отстаивания и до следующего раза. Кстати, судя по внешнему виду, его эксплуатировали беспощадно и совсем не обслуживали. Вы не показали износ малого ствола - неужели он был в порядке? В редуктор смазки наложили запредельно - она всё равно раскидывается по краям. А вот под верхний переключатель надо было больше - защитит от пыли и песка. Работа сделана на высоком уровне. Кабель какой поставили PVC?

Excelente video. quizás alguien me pueda ayudar. Como se llama la pieza que aparece En 8:23 en adelante? A esa pieza de mi maquina se le agrandaron los agujeros para las bolillas de acero. Y al ponerlas, se pasan para el otro lado. Quise buscar el Nombre de la pieza para reemplazarla pero no lo sé. Las bolillas son de 7mm y ya las cambié pero sigue pasando lo mismo.
En el minuto 10:51 se aprecia mejor la pieza en cuestión
