Wood Mizer LT15 late 1990's model. This Wood Mizer LT15 sawmill has been sitting under the sawmill shed for years. I have the opportunity to use this sawmill on the homestead, but the sawmill needs maintenance, oil change, new battery, air filter and no telling what else to make it run and operational.

We learned by trial and error. We learned alot about wood, cutting, milling and drying. The first building we made was to keep the mill under cover.

I went in with a friend on an LT 15 in the early. I ties. Back then I thought the LT 15 was the only saw Woodmizer made. We didn't have youtube or cell phones.

We liked to cut all our logs 10' 6" That worked for us.

- The walls on my shop will be 16 foot. But I’m probably going to do something at the bottom 3’or 4’ foot. Maybe metal or stone for water splash.
