Russia continues to wage war in Ukraine and voted on Monday to annex four regions of the country. All the while, President Vladimir Putin continues to threaten the use of nuclear weapons. If he does, he`d be "signing his suicide note," says former national security adviser John Bolton. He joined William Cohen, former defense secretary under Bill Clinton, to break down the latest on the ground in Ukraine and how the West should continue to respond.
