Excellent video Sam! So many youtubers drag that much work into 4 or 5 videos. I was very happy to see her come to life in just one video. Job well done!
yeah, i wont watch Keith Rucker anymore for that reason...
Sam, nice meeting you yesterday and today at the National Pike show. Keep up the great You Tube content.
Old Guys can get into all kinds of tight spots! It's getting up and out of them that are hard to do!
Sam have you seen or heard of Cutting Edge Engineering in Australia. The owner Kurtis has a Terex crane similar to yours but he is really going to town with the repairs on it. At the moment he has just about stripped it down. He's going to do a full refurb on it. Go see what he's up to also I think that you'll like to watch him.
That's a Franna he is tearing down.
Kurtis' machining skills amaze me..an absolute wizard! "I'll just make it!"
For Terex read Franna 👍
Yes, very in depth refurbish. Awesome Channel
I never miss CEE videos. And yes, it's a Franna crane that Kurtis stripped down.
Great job Sam, amazing how fresh things look in the old engine bay with a fresh coat of yellow on the old donk. Good job mate, well done
That engine looked like it was brand new, well done and such an interesting video.
Really good video Sam. I was happy to see that head gasket seal up. Nice to see people getting these old Cats up and running again.
50 plus years picking up stuff here and putting it over there. You about gave me a thrombosis when you had that thing almost slid in and then jumped to fast speed on the camera. I'm inclined to take everything slow and easy. Anyway, 10 fingers 10 toes. That's a win.
Sam you have same paint booth as me, OPEN AIR makes a real nice booth and it is fairly inexpensive.
Amazing work as always mate thanks again for sharing this
Great filming Sam , really enjoyed always compulsory watching till the end , catch ya on the next episode ,
Sam, great video..between you and Matt, it's nice to see fellow western PA knuckle busters. Anyhow, I work in the power industry. If your rigging say that radiator...put a small chain fall in between it and the headache ball. This way you can fine tune your adjustment, by hand, without the jerkiness of the crane. Keep up the go work...Cya at Brownsville.
The Cat runs great. What a process to get it back in. Very enjoyable video. Thganks
Thanks for watching!
amazing.....thank you for saving her sounds good...
That little deck crane comes in handy don't it?

That motor looks really good. Can't see any bugs in the paint from here.
There is always bugs in the paint. the trick is, to make them look like a pimple in the casting.
Thumbs up 👍 good job. Now if you’re able to find a new old stock Head Gasket that would be great 👍

Nice job Sam, looks like a family project, great to see you restore the machines that built America and Western Europe after the war. There should be funds are tax reductions to preserve these industrial momuments. Great job!
Another great video Thanks
Great job. Please fix her up and keep it.
You have to wonder what procedures they had in place when they mass produced that. Fantastic work around on so many areas. Thanks for letting me watch!!
What a fascinating and entertaining Video.

Great video thanks for sharing love your channel!!
I was up in your and Matts neck of the woods yesterday up in New Castle, PA... Beautiful country yall have up there...
Try Olsons Gaskets, Port Orchard, Wa. They claim to be able to get, or already have, just about any obsolete gaskets ever made. Nice content, Bill
Thank you. I like it.
Kindest regards! Sunshine Coast,BC, Canada 🇨🇦🇨🇦
Who would have thought that crane would have been so damn handy.
Enjoyed this video bro the old girl should be good for another 100,000 miles. Safe travels. Ken.
Good video brother
That Terex crane has been very useful for you.
33:43 The helping hand from "the Munsters". Love it.
I want to see Matt helping you too, because i used to see you in matt's video helping him occasionally. Afterall, what are friends for. Came across your channel through Matt and subscribed immediately. And English isn't my mother tongue, so im not good in it.
Good job, kiddo, another old piece of iron save from becoming a new junk car
Hi Sam & it's is Randy and i like yours cool & Thanks Sam & Friends Randy
Pinch yourself every time you think of the good decision getting that little crane, setting it up with remotes etc and you'll have a sore arm... cheers from NZ....
Great Job, Sam. I had a similar problem with an old 43 Cat Grader engine leaking like that and I know it’s against the mechanics law but, sorry, I popped the heads back off and smeared some copper silicone on the block and heads, it never leaked again 👍🏻😂. Just a thought, Ron
As usual, very entertaining video Sam. Glad someone else has a haphazard way of spraying. Squeeze waft, seems ok, fine til next time. From UK.
I spotted your fitting problem and your starting problem and yoir head gasket problem right from the get go. You painted it!
Nice paint job! I'm sure you are familiar with Sherwin-Williams Polane. It works well for outside living metal things...
Ye ha! Great video!
The top fan belt pully tightens like a reeves drive variable speed pully works.
2:02 Just taking a little-big cat for a walk
Well now that the bay city is done Sam , maybe a little video or two on the old Mack?
Hey sam taken up the tracks too
Instead of wasting more color try same paint but clear that way you can spray over different colors and it looks smashing 🤪😊 PS:you could try PSP which you can get at your local hardware store interior painters use to aich the surface before painting 😊😊
Nice yellow chain...LOL!
Great job but I am baffled that there isn't a generator. How does the battery get recharged?
Wow it looks like your busier than C&C
Didn't know it was the H.O. version
Nice job, Sam 👍 Have you been buying a forklift from Matt@DieselCreek? That short mast Toyota looks familiar
Nope I went to the source 😂
Ritchey bros? :-)
