    • He has a presence about him and not just his build but head to his heels way he carries himself how he engages people and not just what he says but how he says it. Would love to sit in his company and just listen. 1 pint would last you an hour. Every time go to take a drink you would get absorbed in his recap pint back on table then again and repeat. 😂👍🏼

  • Jason Fox has helped enormously those currently suffering mental health illness, mainly because one of the keys to addressing your issues is first to recognise & admit you have a problem to begin with, many try to bury, deny & ignore there's a problem in the first place. Also, to see Jason seek & then accept medical help & explain his journey is incredibly empowering & actually helpful to others watching this video.

  • Nailed it again, Dodge 👍 i love these ex special forces talking, especially about mental health issues. It strikes a chord with many including me and they give inspiration to keep fighting 👏 Jason fox is one of the best Humble and down to earth but hard as nails underneath. • @@sarahlamb2333 OK Sarah - so are you close? Two simple questions then. Do you know what it’s like for some of the SAS children in the community? Do you consider it all support and admiration? I can tell you from personal experience as a male and identical twin who stood out in my fair town it’s not all support and admiration because in this world there are envious people and those that seek to challenge this intimate association we are speaking of. People like tough guys - the alpha dogs who are out there to prove a point because they hate the SAS. Yeah, there here also - not just the fans. It’s a mix in this world and being so closely associated brings you into touch with these people and groups sometimes. Hereford is not what you think it is or the SAS. There are real side effects - especially growing up. I'm beyond that now but growing up in the community with the SAS wasn't easy for me and my brother. We came from a big SAS family - it was well known in the town and it brought out a host of ill feeling. Friends have endured the same - this isn't spoken of. You're going to feel passionate about it for sure.

I suffer from shite mental health myself after an injury stopped me working my trade as a mechanical fitter worked doors at weekend and trained Martial arts 30 years weights and taught self defense strike techniques control and restraint and behavior cues and situational awareness. Lost my income purpose routine size strength then the confidence and self belief. Every failed treatment tears bit of hope away then i’m ashamed to say i became a negative cunt drink drugs attempted suicide (too heavy to hang it seems) Wrong mindset is more destructive than the actual injury and constant pain 24/7. Strong mind can power a weak body. But no matter how physically strong you are if mind is weak you are fucked. Trying to be on friendly terms with myself again but still my own worst enemy. Take care fella 👍🏼

You have no desire to tell your own stories, and you always let the guest speak which often gets them to share more than they would've otherwise. Legend mate!

  • learning about Foxy's struggles and how he overcame them by just talking rings true. I needed that element of someone just helping align my thoughts and almost 'press the reset button' in my head. Everyone can exercise the body and become healthy, best by finding a trainer.....but the mind is critical as well and sometimes it just helps to have a sounding board 'trainer' to help get you back in shape!
