  • My biggest issue is regarding coordination between the core muscles & my lungs. It's either no core contraction (aside the diaphragm), or too much core contraction, resulting in my entire belly to be put on lockdown. Have had this issue since I was a baby.

  • You can't build giant ass mechs like in Pacific Rim (to give an example) without a giant ass reactor for the core. Build your cores!!

  • I powerlift and I have a pretty strong core but I deal with lower back pain and I feel like if you have an imbalance between your erectors and abdominals this could cause it. I never do direct ab workouts which I should probably start doing

  • How do you tell if your tilting forward or you just have a really bent spine forward...My whole family has that back posture where the spine pushes forward...But I noticed your chest was leaning forward too while mine is just my middle back pushing in and then my chest lines up with my hips again

  • My back is destroyed xD i overdone 1 time at my job, lifted out of the legs but had to drop with extended arms. Crack in tha back. Back destroyed 😅 now i do core strengthening workouts so i dont have pain in the lower back.. dokters told me i had do go under the knife. That is now 8 years ago. No knife needed but also, if i dont do my workouts i can't even sit without pain.

  • I literally cannot do any of those exercises because of the weak core. Squats i cant do bc of my knees. The plank? No strength for it. And glute bridges cause pain and injury to my lower back 😔

    • Sit to stand exercise should be the best exercise to build hamstrings muscle. Try getting up from the chair without using your hands to push yourself up. Doing it overtime will strengthen your hamstrings. Mountain climber exercise is beginner friendly exercises for strengthening weak core and glute.
