@captaind204 if you have tight hamstrings it forces your back to adjust
@@captaind204 your back has to over compensate for your weak legs causing it to strain itself which then causes it to ache Also tight hamstrings and glutes can cause it to ache

I always thought that my back was the main problem which partly may be still true and I will also train it more, but I just found out about 2 weeks ago that I have a week core and that training it helps with my back pain

Walking a few miles every day with a back pack on 1 shoulder, alternating sides halfway thru will fix this fast.

I was in a core conditioning class the other day and while laying on my back lowering my legs, my back immediately arched. Pushing down to keep it flat hurts
I had constant back pain and quit energy drinks. Now the pain is completely gone and I have more energy. It’s only been a month. It stopped hurting after a week or so.

My biggest issue is regarding coordination between the core muscles & my lungs. It's either no core contraction (aside the diaphragm), or too much core contraction, resulting in my entire belly to be put on lockdown. Have had this issue since I was a baby.

As a calisthenics beginner i can say that i have a my core has started to get develop more strong and hard
most of these I don't have but I still always wanna strengthen my core
You can't build giant ass mechs like in Pacific Rim (to give an example) without a giant ass reactor for the core. Build your cores!!
If you want a strong core in like 2 weeks do 2 minute planks or 1 minute for 7 sets And if you really wanna become a beast do every core workout on earth

I powerlift and I have a pretty strong core but I deal with lower back pain and I feel like if you have an imbalance between your erectors and abdominals this could cause it. I never do direct ab workouts which I should probably start doing

How do you tell if your tilting forward or you just have a really bent spine forward...My whole family has that back posture where the spine pushes forward...But I noticed your chest was leaning forward too while mine is just my middle back pushing in and then my chest lines up with my hips again

I think because I can’t stand for a long period of time is because of my bruised up legs 😭😭
My back is destroyed xD i overdone 1 time at my job, lifted out of the legs but had to drop with extended arms. Crack in tha back. Back destroyed 😅 now i do core strengthening workouts so i dont have pain in the lower back.. dokters told me i had do go under the knife. That is now 8 years ago. No knife needed but also, if i dont do my workouts i can't even sit without pain.
I never train core and have none of these issues, though I can standing for 10 hours straight and go for a 15 mins biking after that.

I literally cannot do any of those exercises because of the weak core. Squats i cant do bc of my knees. The plank? No strength for it. And glute bridges cause pain and injury to my lower back 😔
Sit to stand exercise should be the best exercise to build hamstrings muscle. Try getting up from the chair without using your hands to push yourself up. Doing it overtime will strengthen your hamstrings. Mountain climber exercise is beginner friendly exercises for strengthening weak core and glute.

I used to do 20-minute ab workouts everyday for 1 year when I was 14 , do they work?

Can a weak core also affect your other lifts ? I lean really far forward to on squat. And I always have lower back pain. I haven’t trained abs in 2 years just everywhere else.
