What sucks is that tracing certain art styles can be very helpful practice that specific style or make your own based on certain aspects of the style like eyes or shading. It teaches you the movements and can help you create muscle memory but tracing then claiming it's yours isn't okay.

This way it seems that tracing is even difficult, having to apply all the effects
It's the fact that only the lines are traced, there's just a pure white layer in front of it that they are just erasing saying they're "coloring" it.
Even if the picture wasn’t in the back, you don’t do all the colouring and shading first. You do the sketch, then line art, base colours, and then the shading. The way they did it was completely wrong.
As someone who enjoys AI art (I don't do this though. its just for fun) I would like to know what AI program you used to make that Miku art. Because I REALLY love miku, and whatever ai generator you used seems pretty cool.
Instead of asking for speedpaint, we should ask them to show the layers as well. It can't be replicated that easily.

I know how it was done 😔 They put the ai layer on the bottom with a new one on top Then they put the opacity low and color the whole canvas Then they just erase that layer as shown Then all the stuff at the start gets cut off by the 9 year old to keep it a ‘secret’ Then they post the ‘proof’
