Superchargers are the Crown Jewels of Tesla: Big Mistake to disband the unit !
Supercharger team lay off is of most concern to me. I’m struggling to see the logic of the scale.
Supercharging cost a lot of money to build and the margins are less than for the cars. Stockmarket wants tesla to improve margins, thus Musk sacks SC Staff and downsizes the team. Pauses the construction of new sites and focus will instead be to add stalls at existing sites (which are in the best/most visited locations).
He is trying to pad the stock by laying off tons of employees. He doesn't care that these layoffs hurt tesla, all he wants to do is pad the margins on the next Q report to convince large shareholders to approve his 55 billion stock award that a judge denied him for fraud. This whole situation is nothing more than elon turning tesla into boeing. Tesla never cared about stock price before and that is why it was such a good company. But now elon is acting like Dave Calhoun at Boeing and stock price will run the company. It is insane.
I think adding stalls to existing locations honestly doesn’t sound too bad. If other companies will continue the NACS charging, I don’t think it will be as big a deal as it feels. We’ll see. Elon is smart regardless of what he says, so chances are there are more variables that he is accounting for that not all of us can easily see. Not sure.

@@stennan keep believing that propaganda. They fired the entire team. They won’t be making any improvements and most likely won’t even have enough staff to fix existing chargers when they break.
Out of spec Kyle reported that his contacts at utility companies have lost all of their contacts with Tesla for super charger installs, upgrades, etc. That effectively means all new chargers are halted, updates that require more power to the site are halted and some reputational damage with the utilities. I'd say V4 chargers are on indefinite hold until the supercharger team is rebuilt. He also reported that all his contacts with other big OEMs reported that they lost contact with Tesla for the superchargers getting opened up to them, basically stalling that process. The European car brands are actually looking at reverting to CCS1. I'd say this dealt a lot of damage to NACS adoption, a very poor decision for the future charging ecosystem in the US.
V4 Supercharger production will most certainly continue under the recent $100 million deal Tesla made with BP Petroleum to purchase rebranded V4 Superchargers. V4 Superchargers will also also continue to be used for the federal NEVI program, in which the Federal Government pays for about 50% of the cost of those installations. The V4 Supercharger is the only configuration that incorporates a credit card reader, which NEVI requires.
I was about to order the red with black interior. No longer since the increase. Hopefully they at least lower the cost for the red to bring it below the 55k. I will wait and see.
I haven't had the need to use a supercharger yet. Once a week at home is all I need.
To the lay observer, these changes from a distance look like, I have an ingrowing toe nail. I have cut off my leg, that has fixed it.
It does. But to the informed it looks quite different. It is saving the titanic rather than rearranging the deck chairs. Companies that hang onto a product past it's best used by date fails. EVs will be a commodity so long as countries and companies sell them under cost. Not money in that.
@@danharold3087 There is, I guess another way at looking at the dismissal of the 500 people from the charging installation team. If companies like BP do want to build out an EV charging infrastructure - there are now 500 people with varying experience available to hire. This could be a catalyst for growth in the sector from other players.

And to any team leader inside Tesla, this is an all-hands-on-deck moment. When the CEO says that 10% staff reductions are necessary in every department, you don't question it, you do it. Elon made an example of the EV Charging Team because the team's leader balked at the 10% company-wide staff reduction.
An LFP WITH 600+ miles is WILD. If they can get LFP to even 400 miles in a car the size of a model 3 or Y, that would be world changing. Battery density on a cheap, stable, and very long lasting battery like that would be AMAZING.

@@mrsmith6532 Thanks for showing how little you know about cars. Toyota hybrids have been around for over 25 years now and are some of the most reliable power plants ever made. Both Toyota and Lexus have far higher reliability ratings than does Tesla.

There is an explanation. He is acting like a typical MBA CEO where they lay people off to pad the margins on the next Q report to get share holders to approve more compensation for execs and the board. Elon specifically is trying to bribe large shareholders to get them to reapprove his fraudulent 55 billion dollars in free stock that he does not have to pay a dime for. He is doing what facebook, google, amazon, microsoft, etc are doing. Using layoffs to manipulate Q reports. None of these companies are losing money and they are all sitting on tens of billions in cash that could fund the company indefinitely. The layoffs are purely for execs and board members to enrich themselves with performance bonuses, because these bonuses don't care if you gut the company to reach a milestone, only for it to all collapse a few Qs later unless the companies rehire like crazy.
Yeah the reason he gave doesn't even make sense. "We're just focusing on 100% up time". The main reason the Supercharger network is so popular is because it's up time already is like 98%+. So focusing on closing that 2% up time gap in exchange for grinding network expansion to a near halt seems like the wrong thing to focus on.
Moronic? Or reallocating capital to a _much_ higher potential area of the biz? Superchargers are insanely expensive to build! Licensing FSD to other Auto makers is considerably higher margin. As a Tesla owner/driver that regularly does road trips using Superchargers and shareholder, not minimally concerned. If anything I’m buying more shares! 📈

Elon doesn't seem to value his staff. He uses them for the project at hand and then fires them once the project is complete. I know it's the most efficient, but these team members are extremely valuable and could be used for other new initiatives. He's short sighted imo.

Supercharger team layoff sounds a lot like one of Musk's polar moods as described by Isaacson. Also, he has advocated getting rid of more people initially and then hiring back when it's discovered the layoff cut into the bone. That is quite hard on most people - to get fired and then weeks later a nevermind. The company's size doesn't lend to that kind of leadership anymore. He may want to permanently resemble a startup, but at a 6 digit workforce that is magical thinking.
Agreed, it’s hard on everyone. But there are plenty of big companies that trim 10% of staff in a macroeconomic downturn. Elon is reading the data and making the appropriate proactive resource reallocation ahead of the next recession. When IBM or Boeing does the same volume of layoffs nobody talks about it.

I believe they are pivoting to selling charging hardware and letting third parties to plan and build out network. Maybe Tesla sells hardware to Electrify America, EVGo or Mercedes.
The appeal to work for Tesla was extremely high for many years 2015 to 2024. I'm glad I never went over. I considered it when they moved to Austin they had alot of engineering positions open.
I really want to like Tesla but I find it increasingly difficult to do seeing how they treat employees. I understand that technology focused companies will need less staff as automation and AI improve. I wish the CEO's of companies would do more to advocate for a Universal income to ease this workforce transformation. Yes, this means companies will need to pay higher taxes but these workers being fired are still part of the economy. It's hard to buy a Blue Tick on X or pay for full self driving without an income. Workers that are prevented from joining a workers union are especially vulnerable. If a company CEO flat out refuses to support their workers joining a union they should definitely be advocating for universal income. Being a CEO requires a certain degree of diminished empathy in order to make the tough decisions. Sadly, too many CEO's seem to be dangerously lacking in empathy despite how much they may dispute it.
How does laying off supercharger team help accelerate the world to EVs or sustainable energy or whatever tf their apparently bs values state

Nonsense. The quarter was only “bad” relative their own past stellar growth! In light of macro factors (high interest rates making car payments unaffordable) they did very well! There’s no “panic”, it’s proactive resource reallocation in the run up to a recession. If anything we will look back on this as financially prudent in a few month/years time. Patience. ☺️
It’s a lot worse than “one dodgy quarter”. Starting over a year ago, Tesla started slashing prices to the point that they are now less profitable than many other carmakers. The bargain basement prices had been keeping volume up, but that is no longer the case. Their sales are now declining, and they can’t rely on further discounts without losing money. That alone is bad enough, but far worse is the fact that there is NOTHING in the product pipeline that will change this situation any time soon. They wasted so much time on the Cybertruck boondoggle when they should have been developing an ALL-NEW Model 3/Y (these barely noticeable refreshes are not nearly enough), which should have come out last year. And they should have followed it up this year with an ALL-NEW sub $30k car. That car has now either been cancelled or put on indefinite hold, so they clearly plan to keep peddling the same old, stale, boring Model 3/Y’s for the foreseeable future - the same models that have led to declining sales. Their fabled robo-taxi is AT LEAST a decade away from being deployed at scale… so what exactly is going to turn around their dismal sales and profit outlook? The Cybertruck? It’s only sold 3,800 units in 5 months! They need new models that will sell MILLIONS, not thousands or even tens of thousands, and they simply have NOTHING coming anytime soon. It’s a pretty dire situation, and a sign of just how incompetent Elon is as a CEO.

That doesn’t happen when a company is thriving. And no, interest rates are not the problem. Despite higher rates, new auto sales overall INCREASED pretty dramatically in 2023, beating 2020, 2021 and 2022. So no, this is a Tesla specific problem, and it’s because their product line has become incredibly stale, and their CEO has turned off a huge portion of the people most likely to buy an EV (hint: it’s not Republicans).

@@paulclement4961 Tesla has, maybe soon had, the best selling car in the world. New models would increase costs without significant increase in market share. To sell more cars Tesla needs to gamble on another brand. Preferably with a made to order name like the new MG from SAIC. The challenge would be convincing people they were not Teslas. The cyberTruck was envisioned as a technology demonstrator. When asked how many CT Tesla would build Elon said we will build as many as people want. CT is doing remarkably well reaching cash positive by the end of the first quarter of production. China and others are willing to lose money on every EV sold. Unless the US is willing to support Tesla to the same degree as China is supporting their car makers (highly unlikely) this is not favorable for Tesla. Margins will continue to shrink. Tesla may reinvigorate the brand a bit with the lower cost car coming off the 3Y line in early 25. Rather than stand by while Tesla goes broke the BOD is pivoting to AI with funds and profits in part the result of cutting back on automotive. The global transition to EVs is all but guaranteed. Mission accomplished for Tesla.
The most concerning is that this sort of activity will allow for a UAW vote to affect the plants, this will devastate Tesla if it happens.

Was saying this in another thread. Billions of dollars of capital have been allocated through 2030 based on superchargers. To basically stop deployment has opened Tesla up to so much liability, the risk section and notes in the next 10k will take up half the document.😂😂
In Canada the price limit on Incentives applies to the base price. Options are OK if the base price qualifies. Unfortunately for me was the $4,000 BC credit didn't apply to the M3 AWD because it exceeded the CA$55,000 limit. The model Y AWD does qualify as it's not considered a car! Both qualify for the CA$5,000 Federal incentive. Go figure.
Got a used Tesla with basically no quality control problems. No rattles, no misalignment, no nonfunctional things, etc. Because of that, it’s the greatest car I’ve ever had or been in for the size. I wanted to not get a Tesla, but for the price they were still the best.
I have a 2023 M3 Performance that was purchased brand new, no gaps or anything but I have alot of rattles in the headliner areas by the pillars. Its been getting on my nerves.
It sounds like Tesla will sell Supercharger hardware to other companies like EG Group in the UK and BP in the USA. This offers the opportunity to have more Tesla superchargers available and adds the risk of them being as reliable. Living on Vancouver Island in Victoria, we only have one supercharger available here and it's 56kw peak to my M3 RWD. Yesterday we charged in Delta BC, 12 stalls, no one else there and got 119 kW peak.
It is concerning the EM seems to be becoming more and more erratic.

You’d think the charging network would be a growing revenue center with other EV manufacturers committing to the standard. Maybe the cool down in overall EV demand has influenced the charging network profitability numbers? Or maybe Elon is just scrambling to save money.
Elon isn’t “scrambling” the quarter was profitable and they have $28bn cash! The Supercharger layoffs are just trimming far from a segment of the biz that is working well. It won’t suddenly stop working. If anything releasing the charging team will be _good_ for EV Charging market because these people can take their experience to other charger companies or start their own!
So much for my dream of charging station that are like gas stations where I can clean my windows and grab a drink and a snack

I ordered my RWD Ultra Red with white interior on January 11 and still haven't got it. Pushed back 11 times and showing June 1 to June 30. People that ordered that Performance with white interior got themselves a rude awakening😂 June is hilarious. Maybe September if they're lucky.

Hi Ryan, I leave in Quebec Canada where Hydro Quebec is own by the government and have developed a reliable network as Tesla. Recently we have receive news that they will allow the private sectors to expand the network in the future. Having said that, those companies are mainly Oil companies and event the increase cost of electricity is control, I expect we will encounter increase by foolish excuse like changing winter gas to summer. So my point, I think Elon will sale his network to them. Good luck.
Tesla's Supercharger team had huge success initially - but recently it has not been great. The V4 rollout in the US has been minimal and the few V4 supercharges installed are running in V3 mode. Also growth has slowed recently. I think the supercharger team was resting on its laurels and not continuing to push forward fast enough.
Except for the $100 million deal the Charging Team recently made with PB Petroleum to purchase rebranded V4 Superchargers, and the new NEVI program in which the Federal Government pays for about 50% of the cost of new V4 Supercharger stations. The real problem is that the Charging Team's leader balked at the company-wide mandate to reduce the workforce by 10%.
I have been a follower and fan of Elon's work since 2010 which led me to defend many of his highly questionable decisions over the past 4 years. For those of us following from the beginning it was easy to look at his great early work and give him the benefit of many, many doubts believing that his goals were noble. I can no longer do so. Since the payout of the first huge compensation package his actions appear more ego driven and less (if at all) focused on the mission statement of Tesla. The world needed a mass produced truck at a reasonable price and he took enormous company resources to create a polarizing, impractical, expensive and extremely hard to produce product of his ego. He has now cancelled the affordable EV and vaporized the most successful charging roll out on the planet. As he maneuvers for more ownership of the company and massive compensation packages he cuts costs by eliminating the income of the working class employees and raises the prices to consumers. His actions and leadership no longer represent anything noble or remotely impressive. I anticipate it will become harder and harder for him to convince everyone he's the smartest person in the room as we witness his dissension into the simplest of human failures, greed and ego.
Yes we always want more super chargers but when most charging is done at home the use of these by most owners is minimal. The extent of locations is massive in a lot of countries unlike here in Australia but we do have some and the gaps between are being filled by others with funding by our State governments especially here in Western Australia. Hopefully we will soon see a reason for this sudden loss of a whole internal part of the EV role out.

I don't get the whole "super luxury Honda Civic" thing ... but at least something is going on with mass market legacy for Tesla. Oddly enough actual Honda Civics, Toyota Corolla and Ford Maverick sales are really strong which shows continued downsizing in the US "mix" of auto sales with a big time growing trend to start 2014 still tho. I actually would wait on any refresh of the Model Y which is very much rumored first and foremost is why I would hold back on this launch plus also an apparently stellar Ford Mustang Mach-E is en route.
There is not a charging network for semis. Are the companies putting in their own charging network and only making less than 500 mile runs?
As a new Tesla owner I hope Elon doesn’t destroy Tesla the way he destroyed Twitter (now what is “X”). The availability of supercharger stations was one of the reasons I chose Tesla!
Twitter was months from bankruptcy at the rate they were burning cash. If anything Elon saved the network! Yes, the rebranding is silly. There is some talk out there that the charger team was fired because the roll-out of version 4 chargers was too slow.
This makes perfect sense. Clearly they were underperforming (relative to Elon’s expectations) and he decided to reallocate the resources in the short term.
It’s all too slow. You have to wait for city permits, back ordered transformers, inspections. A damn mess.

My take on Tesla's direction shift in the Supercharge network may differ from others. I can't comment on the massive layoffs as we clearly don't have insider details. However, I have seen the network's explosive growth since I purchased my Model S in 2015. It seems chargers are nearly everywhere along major highways. No longer do I need to charge to 100% just to get to the next charger. With the opening of chargers to non-Tesla EVs, what is primarily needed is to expand the number of chargers at many stations. Some stations have already seen this expansion, but many have not and the demand from new Tesla sales and non-Teslas will benefit. While I'm sure there are some locations where a new facility would be beneficial, I'd rather a focus be on workplace and parking lot chargers to support those who cannot already charge at home. Those in apartments and condos often cannot install home chargers and if workplace L2 chargers were massively deployed, new sales can result.
While I can understand this, in Ireland there are only 8 supercharger locations in the whole country and only 2,100 EV chargers overall. I was hoping that we would eventually see more locations get some superchargers. But maybe we won’t now.

I guess they’re now counting on other brands to help build out the network for them. For the most part that’s fine, but for Tesla owners it’s not the best since NACS chargers from other brands will surely be more expensive.
The joke is Elon is allowing backdoor sabotage of the brand by big oil. If you think BP is above cancelling their roll out/deployment of their superchargers and/or making them completely cut rate with inferior materials resulting in less reliability and more catastrophic failures to feed to the 24 hour news cycle, think again. He’ll turn supercharger deployment into a loss leading PR department vs the modestly profitable division that it is now.
If battery ranges are increased then lots of charging stations will not be as necessary as they are for current vehicles.
If thinking two years from now and if the new low cost car uses new battery pack 250-300 miles highway 70mph range and 10-15 min charge to 80% and considering all other charge op are moving to NACS and Tesla started to sell the SC hardware to other operators then you let the other grow the DCFC-NACS charging network adding a few SC when needed and at one point in time you pivot and start a new team to grow the L2 urban charging infrastructure so people in condo and apartment buying a low cost car will be able to curb charge their EV...

Tesla’s supply chain is modeled out for years. CATL has a patent on LFPs and they can’t be made by anyone else without paying heavy licensing fees that make it cheaper to just buy them from CATL directly. The downtime, tooling, and disruption that would come with switching up the battery packs to 2170s/18650s for such a low margin product isn’t worth it to Elon at the moment. When they gamed out the supply chain, Model Y was top selling vehicle, so it made sense to ensure it maintained tax credit eligibility. AFIK battery constraints require 4680s for Cybertruck, 18650s for semi, and 2170s plus whatever excess from 18650s/4680s going to Y and now performance 3. Just not enough domestic battery production to supply two high volume models. The Nevada expansion, CATL getting approved for and building a domestic plant, plus other major battery manufacturer deployments should change the supply chain in the back half of the decade, though. TL:DR- don’t hold your breath on Model 3 qualifying for the IRA anytime soon.

You can’t have the top of the line model be less expensive than the middle model and not expect weird things to happen with the sales numbers. There is hardly any point in buying the LR model unless you are desperate for marginal gains in overall range.

The actions may slow Tesla down for a short while as they’ll face a temporary knowledge/experience gap, but change is good and a refreshed structure and likely fresh people in new roles in the company will likely do wonders for the business in the long run…

It seems my biggest mistake in purchasing a Tesla was assuming Tesla would remain customer focused instead of Elon’s next whim focused. Unless they have decided to outsource or license the EV charging business this decision makes little sense. If it weren’t for the charging network, Tesla sales would be as abysmal as all other EV manufacturers. It seems like with each new announcement the “what was I thinking” reaction steals away any joy in owning the vehicle.

I think I get the layoff of the supercharger team. I’m sure that these facilities are a huge capital expense with a long IRR return on capital. The focus has to change with the current sales slump and subsequent drop in revenue. If it were me, I would instead only invest in current charging stations and put my foot on the accelerator to get charging adapters into the hands on owners of other automakers to build up additional charging revenue to offset the ev sales slump. It’s going to be tough to invest in more infrastructure without strong ev sales and margins to support it. We will continue to see cutbacks until the price of gas goes up and makes ev ownership a financially sound investment.
500 employees is a big payroll to sustain for one division if there are near-term concerns about the overall economy (due to continued high interest rates, high food prices, etc). I don't know how much revenue Tesla receives from Supercharger payments, but if it's not enough to sustain that workforce plus the cost of continued capex expenditures to further grow the supercharger network, then it would seem financially irresponsible to NOT right-size that division or begin to taper-off the new installation rate. Selling supercharger hardware to other companies for them to do their own installations also reduces the need for a huge supercharger deployment staff. If the head of the division can't understand that, then I would expect most investors to expect her to be fired/replaced. Then you have to figure out who of the 500 are truly essential (everyone likes to believe they're essential, but it doesn't make it true). If an employee gets temporarily released and nobody seems to care, that's a sure-fire way (forgive the pun) to find out. In contrast, when a pivotal employee is absent, it's quickly apparent. Do I believe the supercharger division is going away? Of course not. Do I think Elon is efficient at finding out who is truly essential (since his division head wasn't on board to do it for him)? Yes. It's unfortunate it had to come to that, but I trust that Elon knows what he's doing, even if he doesn't take the time to explain it in detail to the public first.

Unions can't stop layoffs, but they can negotiate with management to lessen their impact. Unions can also help ensure that layoffs are handled fairly by establishing rules, such as letting go of newer employees before more senior ones Nah don't think so.
I don't know if the recalls being mostly software makes it better or worse for me. I mean if I have a car and theres a recall because theres a hose that "may" get managed after years of use but probably won't, to me thats less serious than an existing software bug that can make driving the car less safe.

This comment is going to age like milk when BP does everything in their power to ruin Tesla’s brand by building their superchargers extra cheap with inferior specs and parts causing charger/substation and vehicle fires. It will force a mass scrambling to pivot back to bringing charger production back in house to ensure quality control.
Downsizing the supercharger team is understandable. Initially it has provided a massive benefit to Tesla owners but as various governments endeavour to force all Tesla superchargers to be open to other brands that benefit will finish significantly. Here in NZ our new coalition govt cancelled our, up to, NZ$8,000 subsidy and is rolling out a charging infrastructure to support all EVs. Charging infrastructure shouldn't have to be expensed against one company & CyberCabs will most likely be designed to charge, at good speeds, wirelessly not requiring the old energy delivery plugs. We've already seen that convenience transition with smartphones.

Tesla is close to needing a major restructuring and disruption of their business. Splitting the company in to separate entities could make a lot of sense. Having the automobile and the supercharging as separate profitable units would have streamlined and focused the business in different ways. It could then focus on being a Technology company working on their FSD / AI / RoboTaxi could satisfy the investment community. More profit can be had from licensing and other agreements than being the manufacturer.

With the super chargers currently out there, WAY more than enough. I 've had only teslas for 4 years, i used a supercharger TWICE. I never took my cars in long roadtrips, why would i kill my own car, that is why there are rentals where i can literally trash it without a care in the world.

Ok, 200M is eventual, but not immediate, fine. Assume that annual vehicle sales approach 2M vehicles/yr once fully ramped. You’re talking about a doubling of current production/sales volumes. Do you think that the majority of people in this cohort, who were shopping for a Civic/Corolla that get a Tesla instead, are going to be 3/2/2 garage owners with the $3k to spend on installing a L2 charger in their garage in the first place?? All of the 360M people in America aren’t you nor do they live like you, sport. Get some perspective before you prognosticate.

Gutting the supercharger department is a terrible move. Availability of charging stations is one of the biggest barriers to new EV buyers
The department head refused to follow instructions regarding downsizing. She could have saved it by doing her job. This is the kind of silo that Tesla has never tolerated. I expect the department will be rebuilt with new people.

Silicon Valley business culture is very quick to make sweeping changes if a company feels they ate getting the results they should. It is possible that many mistakes have been made and poor planning on future proofing chargers might have driven the decision for the major overhaul. It is sometimes easier or at least quicker to cut a large division and rebuild than to try and root out issues.
Say goodbye to “transition to sustainable energy”. EV sales will plummet without much better charging infrastructure for road tripping and people who can’t charge at home. Very sad 😕
While I do not condone this move, I believe Elon will be focusing on a different charging platform. My reasoning is this: He stated that Tesla will be going "All-in" on autonomous driving and the "robo-taxi." For a driver-less vehicle to be successful, it will be required to "charge itself." With the current chargers and Supercharger technology, that clearly is not possible. I am guessing that he is once again, thinking of the near and intermediate future. How cool would it be to see a driver-less vehicle notice it is low on charge, then locate and drive to the closest cable-less charge bay, wire-lessly communicate with the port, pull into a designated stall where a wire-less mat is on(or in) the ground? It drives over/on to the mat and begins charging. WOW!! That is futuristic!!! That is why I believe that particular group of engineers, etc..., were chosen to depart. He wants to push the charging boundaries even further. While other companies and organizations are attempting to duplicate the present charging technologies, Elon is a generation or two ahead. He is a difficult man to keep up with, once his mind goes into overdrive.

Elon is getting more eccentric each month and the typical "all that is wrong" with corporations.
I think with all these new EV's having access to Tesla's charging network, it makes it a higher priority to upgrade the v1 and v2 superchargers to v3 so that it makes the charging turn around of so many new vehicles much quicker. This would also explain the reasoning behind the slow down of new supercharger locations. Also it could mean that Elon is working on a newer v4 supercharger that will be faster and more compatible with multiple vehicle brands and wants the best team for that. Just a thought.

If history is any guide, Tesla will rehire critical members of the Charging Team in due course. Supercharger stations that are already permitted will continue to be built, since construction is handled by third-party contractors. Manufacturing of Supercharger hardware at Tesla's Buffalo NY factory will continue, with a minor reshuffling due ro the 10% company-wide workforce reduction. With the exception of the Charging Team, this is similar to the 2018 workforce reduction, which led to efficiency improvements across the company. Elon made an example of the Charging Team because the team's leader balked at the company's workforce reduction mandate. While it shocked Tesla fans, it most certainly got the attention of team leaders throughout the company. A reconstituted and leaner Charging Team will not take long to put together.
