  • Not only did Max save the card, the adrenalin dump everyone got from his finish made the two title fights after that seem almost pedestrian. Imagine winning a fight 4 rounds to 1 with 10 seconds to go having the balls to draw a line in the sand and give Justin a hail Mary chance for a knockout. Totally deserved that 600K double bonus and everything that comes with it. And hats off to Justin for fighting 20 minutes with an obliterated nose. Both are real BMF's

  • This was beautiful. I love both Max and Justin. But I have to say it. I am way happier Max won the way he did. If Justin did that to Max it would have still been amazing, but not at the magnitude I don't think. We watched a historic, career defining Knockout of an absolute killer from another absolute killer that is guaranteed to be a fight that goes in the HoF. And Max looks to have a new lease on his fighting career built the way he was at 155 for this fight. I know he wants Ilia and I get that. But I hope he makes the move to 155 permanent in the near future because he's proven he is one of the best at that weight division as well. I don't know if he can deal with the wrestling if Islam and Arman. But he can stand an bang with anybody and turn them into a wrestler quick at 155 and he's proven that he has real power going into the later rounds which is where you usually lose your power. He has the conditioning and the pace. He's a damn dangerous fighter at 155 and what he did to Justin will forever be immortalized. With that said I'm wishing Justin a speedy recovery and he gets back on track next fight. Nothing but the utmost love and respect for both of those warriors. They put it all on the line for our entertainment every time.

I know I was scared af for him but, as a Hawaii resident for over 30 years, I picked Max, purely with my heart, and even bet on him. It was my biggest $ win on a UFC event as I bet a two underdog parlay on Max and Moicano. The Best is Blessed.

I was cheering for Max the whole time maybe it was just me, but Gaethje seemed off after the eye pokes. I knew that he most likely wouldn't have ever said it was that bad. I think Holloway still could have and would have one without it, and he fought phenominaly.
