Nah, the problem with Izzy is he can't bulk weight like Jones, they both the same height, but bones density and overall muscle is bigger. And even if they could both meet in a similar weight, Izzy would have to come in with a game plan where he would have to avoid Jones grappling, if not the fight would go just like the one with Jan at light heavy.

While Nganou is far stronger than John Jones and probably equally skilled, the thing that sets John apart is his smarts. He knew Gane was a shit grappler and took advantage of that weakness. I’ve seen Jones’ earlier fights in his career and he was a terrible striker. But he evolved to improve his skill set because you need to be a decent striker to get close enough to take down your opponent
