I just made this for my brother since he was so hungry lol, im 16 and am not the best at cooking but your videos are so simple and easy and it truly saves me so much trouble! Thank you
Happy to hear! Glad you both enjoyed it
😊🎉
Oh yes I love easy recipes too. Thank you so much. Wish I could get more of your easy recipes.
The best way to get better at cooking is by doing it ! 16 is a great time to start practicing
@@Sherininja instructions unclear just moved for college and I'm learning to cook for the first time rn 😅 😆
Finally, a chef that isn't afraid of pepper! Can't wait to make this!
Please enjoy it 😊😊
I love pepper!
Pepper accelerates the metabolism. It's great if you are trying to lose weight.
Jim with Sip and Feast has a great channel, unpretentious, great recipes and isnt afraid of pepper.
Just oil and carbs .....
I know this video is a year old and you probably won't see this but I wanted to say that I'm only 11 years old and I find this very easy to follow and I tend to have all of these ingredients on hand. Thank you for making these videos, it's hard to find good cooking channels now.
I always see the comment 🙏 that’s awesome to hear. 11 is a great time to start cooking, you’ll be a pro in no time.
@@ChefJackOvensyou’re really kind 🥹
Lol the persons account is 11 years old 😂
Perverts try to bait others by stating their age. It's not normal to start with "I'm xx yrs old" ......sad sad world
@@Hihopeyouhaveawonderfulday it’s probably not her account. my friends moms yt account is the one which stays loggen in at her home on the tv etc.
My mum does basically the same thing, but she has chicken cubes and diced carrots and mushrooms in it too. Then she transfers it to a baking tray and cooks it in the oven. Cheese on top. Its incredible
Any pasta with cream, garlic and parmesan can be mixed with anything and is delicious. Adding chicken is a great way to get some protein in there too. I'm sure it's excellent.
So what your mum makes is not even remotely similar to this.
Then it's not basically the same thing at all! 🤣😆
Oh yes please🎉
My dad also does it but instead of boiling pasta he grills a beef burger and instead of making a sauce, he just puts a cheese slice on top. Then he transfers it into a bun. Delicious
Very straight forward, no fussing around or story telling. Straight down to business..really appreciate that..look yum and easy..well done chef 😊
I subscribed immediately. It's so rare to find a chef that can make good food AND explain it so simply so that even a beginner like me can follow along, you sir are a gem! Thank you
I very much appreciate your explanations for why you do things a certain way and how they affect the dish. It's so hard to find (written) recipes that include those extra details, which I find help tremendously with ensuring whatever I am making is as good as it can be (and is also just fun to learn about). The information is truly invaluable, and -as you've proven- doesn't take long to explain. You've definitely made me a loyal subscriber
Just cooked this - absolutely divine! Reminds me of a dish at a local Italian restaurant which I fell in love with many years ago. Thank you for your wonderful channel - such great recipes and easy to follow. Keep doing what you're doing!
Just made this as directed... it was OUTRAGEOUSLY good! 🙌
Rob from Chimaira, hello!
@@Jmzzable Haha hello!🤘
Oh! I will definitely try it ,too
Looks good, have to get ingredients to try. 👍👍
My wasn't good
I was fascinated to hear about the store-bought cheese and what it would do to the sauce! This looks like another delicious recipe for me to break my diet for . . . thanks Jack. 🙄🤣🤣 TFS, have a great week! 👍💖
Glad the tips were of use 😊 it’s such a great quick meal if you’re short on time! Have a great week too, Hazel 😊
I made this today for my garlic-loving hubby and it. was. EXCELLENT!! So easy and delish and it's going into the family cookbook. Thank you so much.
Made this for dinner last night and it turned out wonderful. It is a simple recipe but it is packed with flavor. My family & guests loved the taste. Thank you. 🥰
Just made this! So delicious, definitely will be adding it to the list of things I make regularly
Happy to hear you enjoyed it
Made this with my brother, and I just have to say that it extremely delicious!! My family really enjoyed this dish 😊🤌 At first I was skeptical because of how many garlic cloves the recepie required but my gosh, it added a very delicious flavor to the dish! Thank you for sharing this!!!
Its one thing to have a great recipes, but the fact that your vid production skills are so good is a huge benefit to promoting your talent. I love the "to the point" commentary and close up recording. Very easy to watch. Thank you!
Thank you so much for introducing me to not only a fantastic pasta dish but also , to an equally fantastic cheese! Love your channel!! ♥️
This came out absolutely divine and it is now my go to cream sauce!
I was about to make instant noodles for lunch today, but watching how I have all these ingredients and how simple making it was, I decided to make it instead and was not disappointed. Thanks!
There are some awesome things you can do with noodles.... it only takes 5 minutes longer. Check it out!!
@@TheJemstar28. I am disabled with a disease that robs me of energy. I can eat delicious food because I always keep pasta on hand. There are so many ways to season it that it never gets boring. It is satisfying too. I can make something that only takes a couple of minutes longer than it takes to boil the pasta. I drain off the water, add whatever toppings I want and heat through. Delicious!
This recipe was ridiculously good. Thumbs up for the tutorial Jack!
you know exactly what you are doing, explain so simply without extra nonsense, and also - you have a wonderful smile! keep doing you Jack!
Thank you so much 🙏
Looks great ! Real Autumn comfort food. One tip that I learned from a chef is to boil the water before you add the salt as salted water has higher density which takes longer to boil.
made this last night for my boyfriend & his best friend. easily became our favorite pasta recipe I've ever made!
Fantastic! Happy to hear you all enjoyed it.
I am starting to cook as a student who just moved into dorms. I just made this recipe and it was AWESOME. I have failed at buttermilk sauces multiple times because it always clumps up - until trying your method with the oil. Thank you
Good luck chef! In your new home. Can’t wait to see your creations and thanks for bringing us along on your journey. Carol 🤗
How can you go wrong with pasta, garlic and cheese! 🤤 Yum!
Just wanted to say this was beautiful! I’m Nigerian so we love going over top with seasoning when we cook (which I love) so was skeptical if I would like this based on how simple the ingredients were. It was beautiful and my family loved it will be making again!
That’s really great to hear! Thank you so much and glad you enjoyed it
I'm Nigerian also and am inspired by this - but am thinking to put in a chopped red chilli with the garlic?
Chef Jack Superb

Chef, I tried this recipe and I have to say I was amazed at the outcome. It was so creamy and the flavors were so rich. Great instructions. I am not a cook by any means, but I felt like a chef when my family tasted this sauce. Thanks.
Oh my word! Just made this for my son. He was raving about it endlessly. Delicious.
i had lunch an hour ago and this is making me hungry already, definitely trying out this recipe soon it looks delicious :)
this goes bangin with shrimps, grill them in the garlic butter, then take them out before adding the stock (or even replace the stock by a dash of white wine and sundried tomatos) and add them back at the end just before plating to warm them up a little again ;)
That sounds really good actually, combining the white wine and shrimps
I can never cook shrimp without them going rubbery but agree, they would go awesome with this.
That sounds like a much better recipe.
Bro Stefan long time no see! How do we end up watching the same videos lol!?
IM MAKING THIS NOW!!!! looks so good and perfectly demonstrated and explained!!!
Your recipe videos are great, and so straightforward. Am so grateful for the leftover guidance (ie lifespan) and reheating instructions.. Thank You.
You even provide reheating tips!! 😮🙌🏼😍🙏🏼❤️ Thank You!!!!
It’s a pleasure
I love that you added spinach. I'd love to mix in some ricotta as well. Flexible enough to add red pepper, Thai chilies, or even cooked sausage meat. One can really change this up and have once a week. Thank you for sharing this.
Like all of your recipes, I'll try it out for myself, love the simplicity of it! Looking forward to the new kitchen reveal and as always, thanks chef...
I cook this on a weekly basis now. Thank you! Such an easy but tasty recipe and good way to eat spinach!
All that info in 5 mins 30 secs!!.. No waffle!!.. Love it!... I have actually started cooking at this kind of late stage in life and is largely down to this chanel.... Just made this using penne huge great delicious success. I’m so grateful to have these videos and thrilled with Jacks success. You have done brilliantly well. Love ❤️ from Sweden 🇸🇪
Looks great. I’ve recently started using the air fryer to do tofu and then add it to the pan of veggies and sauce after. It works well for me as I’m not the best cook and it saves time.
I have enjoyed making 5 of your recipes so far. I am making this one today and so excited.
That’s great to hear! Hope you enjoy this one just as much as the others 😊

Love your style of presentation. Can not abide watching every chop and slice in cooking vids. Yours are PERFECT. Also love the tips like a little Olive Oils stops butter from burning. Thank you
Clear instructions, very clean and delicious recipe. Love to follow you Chef.😊
I am making this for me and my hunny tomorrow night and I absolutely cannot wait! It looks SO delicious and judging from these comments, I think it is going to be a winning dish!
And..? Did your hunny like it.?? I wanna cook it for my honey too 👀😳
I have been looking for a pasta recipe to add to my Christmas table. Now I found it. Thank you.
OMG That looks so delicious. A very easy recipe to follow and so simple to make. Thanks for sharing.
Made this, super yummy. I used a mixed Italian blend of cheese, and not as much because of family preferences. Didn’t have the spinach or fresh parsley, so put some dry parsley in with the cream. Used cavatappi pasta, which is dense and held up to the yummy creamy garlic goodness of the sauce. Everyone loved it. Thanks!
Happy to hear
Looks great! Congratulations on the new house and kitchen Jack!
Thank you so much, Lisa! I can’t wait to show it to you. I now have the fun job of unpacking and figuring out where I want everything to go 😊
Such an easy and delicious recipe, thank you! My second time making it, my children loved it. I improvised it by adding tuna.
I love the way that you give instructions lol very clear and specific. This looks great, I can't wait to make it!
Thank you 🙏
I should not have clicked on this just before midnight ffs

Another cool way to achieve a similar effect in this recipe, is to mix the grana cheese with 2 egg yolks, then add a spoon, or two of the pasta water to it, mix it, add some black pepper and set asaide. Basically remove the heavy cream step altogether and cook the baby spinache in broth. Once the pasta is added in to the saucepan along with a generous amount of pasta water and cooked for the last 1 - 1,5 minute, you take it off the stove, let it cool for at least a minute, then add the cheese/egg yolk and mix it.
So another bastard version of veg carbonara xD Sounds cool
@@Debren666 You are not wrong xD
hey thanks man your recommendation turned out pretty good for me! less calories too☺️
just rememer: 1 egg yolk per 1 person per 50g of pasta is the "golden rule" in carbo and all it's "bastardized" versions ;-)
@@luckylarry71 😂 amazing👌

That looks so good!! Looks like something I’d like to put in a casserole dish with some of that cheese on top & let it brown for a bit in the oven. I love how fancy yet easy this looks. Thanks!

This tastes delicious and even made my youngest learn to love spinach! Thx for the recipe, Chef. Stay healthy and love from Germany!

"Yes, daddy, I love eating spinach, peas and any kind of greens in a 95% fat creamy sauce! Yay!"
@@pompeomagno5916 dude, that's not how it is. The sauce is sticking to the noodles more like a pesto. You did it wrong if there's a puddle of sauce..
@@powerfulpugilistpredator Sorry but that's not what I meant. It was a bit sarcastic, spinach is supposed to be healthy, but heavy cream... not so much 🙃
This is definitely the best pasta I ever had I am so glad you made this video❤❤❤

Wow the pasta looks delicious. Good luck in your new home, I can’t wait for your next recipe 😊

I love your recipes. They are easy and delicious. I just made white Parmesan cheese pasta. It turned out delicious. Thanks for sharing your amazing recipes.
Hi jack! Love this recipe and will definetely try it out. I was wondering though, why is the starch in the pre grated cheese causing the sauce to potentially split, but the starch from the pasta water can be added to the sauce? Love your videos you are a big inspiration!
The potato starch is similar to corn flour and is used as a thickener. The flour that is used in making pasta is different. 😊
