Aside from writing their own songs that touches abt mental health, self love, depression, hope they are really good dancers and yasss they can sing. BTS IS THE GENRE 🔥
BTS does write their own songs. Even though it is not always and not solely, they have huge involvement in the songs making and finalization. They also get help from other people, either within their company or even from other artists, especially in Map of The Soul 7 album. They have credited a huge amount of artists (producers, song writers, etc) accross the globe in that one.
They have people work in their music, they have composers like melanie fontana and more people 😌

@@anarivas6268 BTS picked Melanie's writings only for some part, not any major for any particular song. They like to collect many writings and demos from many artists, as sources, to be picked and composed with others according to their need and taste. It makes sense with the amount of albums, songs they released within a year, especially in 2018-2020.

There are 2 music videos for ON. This one is more dance focused and the other version is more storyline focused. Their first performance of ON happened on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon where they shut down Grand Central Station so BTS could perform there. But due to the pandemic they've yet to perform it in person for their fans. And to think only 2 members actually danced before joining their company is incredible. The kpop industry is very competitive and they usually hold auditions or recruit you. From there you a trainee from anywhere as short as 6 months to many years (the longest I've heard is 10 years, but that's rare). All the trainees usually live together and are trained in rapping, dancing, singing, acting, and even Korean (for trainees who don't know Korean) or other languages. Then they make cuts until they choose the group they want. Most groups that debut don't even make it to a year so the fact that BTS have been together for over 8 years and are still going strong says a lot.
Many kpop groups don't even make it to 100 days. BTS celebrated their 100 days since debut back then. Look at them now, 8 years going strong and the biggest band in the world. I'm so proud of them. 😢

"That guy can sing" of course, he's Jungkook, the main vocalist, the Golden Maknae (maknae means the youngest in the group) and he's amazing at everything, singing, dancing, rapping, sports, drawing, anything. All of them are so talented, the meaningful lyrics and message in their songs are incomparable.

Not all of them are dancers in the beginning, maybe 2 or 3 of them but they practice really really hard until this day to perfect their performances. They used to practice 16 hours a day but they chase their dreams because they love Music.

Also: I'm going out to L.A. to the BTS concert at the end of this month and one of the things I'm gonna do is go to this location where they shot the ON video. Ok to learn a little bit about how they got together and their achievements I recommend watching “The most beautiful life goes on: A story of bts (2021 update)” by the Asian theory and to watch “an introduction to the 7 members of bts” by Ida S for information on each member. If anyone else knows a video that will showcase their personalities the best please reply lol. Here’s some song recommendations Black Swan Fake Love Fire DNA Save me Blood Sweat and Tears Dope Spring Day These are just some title tracks. Their b-sides are amazing and each member has solos also. There are 3 rappers, they each have mixtapes. Their entire discography is so diverse so you can find anything. Hip Hop, Edm influence, pop, Soul, funk, ballads, R&B. Just let army’s know what you’re interested in! Also their live performances are top notch! If you’re ever interested in a choreography, it mostly will have a dance practice where you can see them do it in full. Nice reaction!

The dancers in this video is actually a dance crew in LA called "The Lab". The person who choreod this dance is the girl front and center at the beginning, her named Sienna Lalau and she's actually choerod a few of their dances. She was only 19 in this video. When you spoke about them bring together the best dancers, it made me think of J-Hope's rendition of "Chicken Noodle Soup" He went to LA and collected a ton of street dancers to join in his MV and credited all of them by name at the end of the video and it's just really awesome to watch

BTS are known for their live performances. That’s when you can really see their talent. I would recommended their 2018 and 2019 MAMA performances (MAMA is a Korean award show) I think they’re 20-40 minutes long but I know a lot of people will want you to react to it because they are AMAZING :)
I’m a 52 yo ARMY & Fellow Seattle-lite! There’s so much much more to discover and what they stand for with BTS. The guys have been hated on & publicly humiliated since their debut in 2013. THIS is the song that made me Army! I had never heard of BTS, except I saw their billboard once for Levi stadium. But I follow Fallon and BTS performance at Grand Central Terminal popped up & I thought "Grand Central? That's iconic, I gotta check this out." They completely blew me away and I've been die hard OT7 ARMY ever since. I CAN'T WAIT to see them open with this one on the 27th! I WILL be crying, as will probably everyone else in SoFi Stadium, including BTS.

Every member of BTS is a star in his own right each one is super talented. They've worked so hard their work ethic is insane they had to live together all sleeping in the same small room. Rappers, singers, dancers, song writers, musicans, producers. They can take an genre and nail it.

They're not just a group though... They are really family. That might sound cliche to describe a band but trust us for BTS they are each other's true brothers. They look out for each other and support each other. The older ones have taken care of the younger ones. Especially the youngest, they raised him from a very young teen to an adult. Of course like real brothers they also fight especially for food and vouchers 😂
As others were saying, their talent is only half of it. They truly are funny, kind, humble, and down to earth individuals. Watch some of their non-music content like Run BTS! Festas, In the SOOP, interviews, behind the scenes of their music videos, dance practices. Their love and respect for one another is just inspiring. Once you learn their names, you won't even remember why you were worried forgetting in the first place. I just found out about their music last year and now I can tell them apart by the shape of their fingernails LOL! 1) Blue hair guy in all white, is JIMIN. He's a main dancer and singer (he studied contemporary dance). He is known as the cutie/pretty one of the group, and for his light high sweet tone. Vocal and dance line. 2) Crinkled black hair with face tat (drawn on for the vid), whos hair you liked is V (real name Taehyung). He has a deeper voice. Vocal and dance line. 3) Tall, deep voice rapper with the pink/purple hair is RM (Namjoon). He is a main rapper and the leader of BTS. He is the only one fluent in English. Rap line. 4) All black outfit with floppy brown hair rapper, is J HOPE (real name Hoseok, but many call him Hobi). He is lead dancer and was on an underground street-dancing crew before joining BTS and becoming a rapper. He has a very grimy, sarcastic and humorous tone when he raps. Very smiley (but not in this song). He also produces. Rap and dance line, sub-vocals. 5) Short rapper with black leather jacket and grey-brown hair, deep voice, is SUGA (also known as Agust D under his solo stuff, real name is Yoongi. He is known for appearing "savage" in his rap style and personality, but he is deep-hearted and emotional musically, and very kind and funny. He and RM produce alot of BTS' content. He originally auditioned for their company to be a producer, not an entertainer. Rap line 6) Jean jacket, tall black hair is JIN. He's known for his high belting voice and as a main visual for the group. He studied theater/acting and is nicknamed "World Wide Handsome", cuz he's handsome lol. He had to learn to sing and dance from scratch when he joined BTS. Very impressive. Comedian of the group and the oldest (which is a big deal in Korea). Vocal line. 7) And last but not least, the tall muscular one with the black hair and crazy vocals you commented on is JUNGKOOK. He's the youngest, and the lead singer. He's often front and center in their formations (but there is no "main one" in BTS, in terms of overall talent). He's known for his boyish conventional good looks and crazy vocal control, typical pop voice that can do anything. Vocal line, dance line, sub-rapper.

His dance style includes popping, locking, breakdance, house, hip-hop, street, krumping, contemporary, modern dance, ballet, Jazz, korean dance and martial arts. Jimin was THE top student in Busan arts high school for modern dance and also academically. When he was younger he used to go to dance battles a lot bc he loved dancing, and some say he’s won them. Also another member named jhope is the street dancer. He’s known to of won competitions. Jimin and Jhope are the main dancers of the group.

8 yrs as a group but they been friends for more than 10 yrs already, yes they argue but they always say they are family. So they were thinking about disbanding, and nevertheless, they said they decided to move forward with determination to think only about the fans and themselves. The albums that have been released since then are the Map of the Soul series. The albums are filled with songs that reconsider their inner self, the relationship between the seven members, and the relationship between them and fans. Boy with luv contains a message that they will fly toward fans, not the sun, with wings attached by ARMY. If you really want to know who is who in BTS .....you will learn slowly but surely. Introduction to BTS is a starting place. But fair warning once you start you will get hooked. If you want to remember their names, there is a KZhead documentary called Who is BTS? The seven members of Bangtan that really helped me when I first became ARMY. Also, BTS fans love to watch people react to that video and never seem to get tired of it.
Better the most updated one like the Ida S video. The one you suggested is really old and outdated.

I prefer the original (as a first video), to the updated one. Which really isn't an update since it's a different content-producer and it focuses on their professional roles and not really their personality. But both are great videos and should be watched!
@@jademelon7272 you're right it's it's different kind of video but there are still other more updated videos that show their personality other then their work. The one you're talking about it is more focused on them like people but it's still a pretty outdated and not really well informed anymore - that video doesn't represent who BTS are as people and artists today
