thank you. please bear in mind this is not a typical beginner - intermediate - advanced exercuse. There are no levels in this. The goal is to calm down. Not to train anything. So there is no "advanced" in this. Answering your question: take a look at the Playlist WITH ME for all kinds of breath holding routines.

@@krioni86sa that's not the right question. this is not a training program. it's an exercise to calm down. do it when you feel you wanna do it. but don't ask yourself "how many times". there is no answer to that question. the idea is to calm down, not to get stressed over how many times you should do it. peace 🙏

Dr Andrew Weil who recommend this practice says that the absolute maximum cycles must be 8. One Should start with 4 cycles twice per day and increase after a month. You did 15 minutes here. Is that okay?
off course it is. I have no idea where that recommendation comea from. 8 cycles seems to be very short. it's over before you've even started 😁
@@gertleroy i understand, Thanks for your Answer. For me for example if i do more than 8 cycles i begin to feel tightness în my Upper chest.
@@DanielAnghelache you should be able to do this in a relaxed way for as long as you want. if you experience tightness in the chest, you have to assess the situation and fix what is the problem. probably you're becoming uncomfortable with the higher Co2.
What do you think about Wim Hof breathing ?

I'm sorry, but I feel quite confused about this practice, as I don't understand the number counting, hold etc. How exactly am I supposed to follow the guidance?
breathe in during 4 counts. hold during 7 counts. exhale during 8 counts. Of you're confused about the word "count" then use seconds. 4 secs, 7secs, 8 secs
