  • I'm now a freelancer and online teacher which means that I have to sit in front of the laptop over 7 hours per day. I know that this isn't healthy so I try my best to lead a more active lifestyle by falling in love with Running. Everyday when I get up, the fist important thing I do is to go running around the park for about 5 kilometers. After that, I have breakfast, go home take a cold shower and then start my life. I hope that this solution will help me have a better as well as a more active life.
