  • Had to come and comment as I am 10 months sober. It’s crazy it’s true. It’s fun until it’s not. Once you get anxiety and panic attacks from drinking you’ll think twice. That’s why I stopped. Congrats to him. Waking up sober is the best. Keep it going and keep fighting.

  • Went sober with drinking in March of 2018. Nothing serious happened. I just looked up and was 36 years old and thought I dont belong in a nightclub or bar. There's an alternate version of me that kept drinking. He's not alive today. This version is.

  • Great job! 4 years sober from alcohol I’m a beat maker / producer and it was fun performing and having house parties making beats and rappers coming over , but glad I left that behind in my mid 20 ‘s , now making music is more enjoyable to me

  • I feel this I just stopped I wasn’t having fun with it anymore so I figured what’s the point and it definitely doesn’t help with weight loss and needing it to be around people that’s still new for me being in groups of people and concerts and different events without alcohol cause I’m a big time introvert but I’m loving the feeling of not drinking

  • Sobriety is hard especially if you got nobody with you. I’m not saying you need a girl, or guy, to be in a relationship because all you really need is support and that can come from people you love but not a single person. Everything you do is a work in progress, so keep going on your journey.

    • Once I stopped drinking I realize how toxic it is to your body. My heart rate went down 2 weeks after I stopped drinking. My face was mad puffy and I was fat drinking. That’s gone down since. It affects your brain, your heart your skin everything. It’s a poison that your drinking.
