    • Did you see the Spanish Horror movie “REC?” The killer of Barbarian looks exactly the same like the one in REC. Also in a dark hidden room. That can be no coincidence. Barbarian was creepy, but top much bullshit. A hidden room in the basement? And behind that hidden room another basement, unbelievably huge? What about that fall in the end? She fell way before the killer fell? How can she be on top of the killer? And why the owner of the house not kill the monster with the gun? Not in one scene, but several. The old man in the hidden basement looking for something in the drawer.. why was the owner of the house asking him what he was doing, instead of find out what he was looking for? So many bullshit.

  • After seeing this movie twice and revisiting this trailer, it’s clear how effective this trailer is at giving nothing away and how cleverly it pulls bits and pieces out of the context of the storyline and put them together in a way that makes you think you’re getting one thing, but end up with something completely different. He is almost like pleading for her rescue signifying that he is also a victim of what is going on as well instead of being portrayed as the victimizer in the beginning of the trailer. Already turning the premise upside down. I'm invested.

Hideous baddies rent out place to torture victims. Accidentally overbook without realising. Lure in Keith. Heroine to the rescue! 3. Hideous baddy/baddies rent out place to entrap victim. Keith is a baddy and pretends to be victim in order to lure in the lady (I forget her name). There is a 4th possibility which is that *she* is the villain, or, one of the villains. After all, we know nothing about her except that she claims to have a booking, and was prepared to go down a tunnel.

So if you're into over the top, stupid horror, this is the film for you. Other than that if you're a person with ANY sense that's noticed how one-sided politically preachy/leftist/SJW horror movies have become in the past few years, this is one the pass up. It's yet ANOTHER preachy feminist horror with SA and bad/selfish men. So if you're a misandrist/feminist that loves films of whamen empowerment and bad men, here's more trash media for you to consume.

  • This movie was intense scary i loved it tbh i kinda felt sad for the creature when she let Tess kill her because she knew it will be the best for Tess and the way she jumped to save her she got to live her dream of becoming a mother through Tess so she let's her kill her just shows how a mother can go to any extent to save her child tbh

  • Well, the trailer started off as a romantic movie where two strangers meet due to a mess-up but turned out to be a nightmare for both. It's an amazing trailer and I'm looking forward to it. Amazing!

  • I just saw this movie because of Bill Skarsgård and of course I would ignore my instinct for self-preservation for a complete stranger who looks like him but also it was much more entertaining than I expected, definitely a must watch even if you're not a horror fan.

    • I think Bill Skarsgard is hot, but even if a guy looks like him you should never ignore your common sense and intuition. Good looking guys can also be creeps and killers.
