Though.. alot of those cat pics have collars... could just be wandering outdoor cats another reason one shouldn't have free roam cats they risk alot like cars, hawks, weasels, stoats, and cruel people/children, cat outside enclosure is the best way to keep yer furry friend safe and happy ;3. Very cute vid ty for sharing it with us.

    • I got the same thing: some day a young cat was in my yard under my bush. So I said: hello how are you? It came to me and never left me; he even follows me around when I go to the store about 5min from my house and he stays outside and then he comes with me again. He has become my shadow. he sleeps on the back of my bed now and he likes fish. But he's nice and friendly and leaves the birds alone. Spiders are not so lucky most of the time.

      @elrenato82@elrenato824 жыл бұрын
    • same thing happened to me. i mean i already had a cat but one day when me and my family came home from a vacation i just saw a cat, sitting on the dining table like he owns the place, staring at me. took me a full minute just staring at the cat to question how he got there. turns out my mom who was already home (she had an earlier flight and was home for a few days already) decided to just let him be and even argued with him a couple of times (lmao) then bam. he's our cat now. that was a few years ago and both of my first cat and the one who moved in already passed, but somehow i still have many cats who just show up at our backyard waiting for us to give them food, but that moment was one of the most hilarious yet memorable things that had happened in my life.

He ran around the dining room and ran back outside. The next 4 nights he ran in and ran around a different part of the house, checking for danger before running outside again. On the sixth night he sauntered and stretched out on the floor. Kittyboy has been with me for 3 years now and doesn't even try to go outside! He is a total lovebug and lap cat.

For 5 months I threw stuff at it, squirted it with water, screamed at it. It always kept coming in the house looking for me or running towards me when I was outside. Finally one fall day I was outside playing, sitting on the front porch and it came to me again. Don't know what changed in me to allow it to sit in my lap, but I never saw anything in my life so happy just to be able to sit with me. 1 hour later we were best friends. Fast forward 3 years and my neighbors moved. The cat was pretty much living half with us and half with them at this point. They told me the cat would be heartbroken if it were to leave, so please adopt her. Shadow lived 17 years as my shadow, and is the reason I adore cats and everything they do!

    • My dad was sort of like that. He’d claim he didn’t like cats, but never did anything to hurt them. Then one day, when I was about 26, a cat wandered in, and made him new home our covered porch. It was a large porch. And over three years we tried to get him to come inside, as the door was glass, and he’d sit at the door looking in, with just his little orange head showing. Every time I tried to allow him in, he wouldn’t come. Then one day he began, and slowly got accustomed to an indoor life. And once that happened, guess who his favorite person was? My dad. Samson(the cat) would lay his head on my father’s foot. And sleep there every night. And dad wouldn’t get up so not to upset him. So for a man who dislikes cats, they’ll win you over in time.

My husband said,' we're NOT feeding it'...she said we'll see about that...one day after her working on him for sometime I come out to the garage and husband is feeding her. That same week another larger cat went after her and while husband was working in garage Miss Kitty ran to my husband and hid behind him for safety. Next thing I know, that night at 8pm mind you, husband is on his way to pick up online order he placed purchasing cat litter, the fanciest litter box, wet/ dry food and....toy's 🤦‍♀️🤣🤗 We were dog lover's but now we're blessed to have been claimed by a lil fur ball who literally runs this house now. The husband who refused to feed the cat that same week bought a cat condo, spent several hours researching online about cats, their health, foods etc🤣🤣

Since she lived a couple of states away and had no idea how long we'd be gone, we brought our cat. That cat would not leave my mom's side. If he wasn't on the bed with her, he was under the bed. My mom expressed how much she was comforted by his presence. He never invaded her space, nor did he ever lay on her. He just quietly and gently stayed at a respectful distance, but close enough to provide her comfort. I'd never seen anything like it before. A couple of years later my husband because critically ill. He ended up having two liver transplants in one year. I credit that very same cat as being the constant source of comfort for me that help me get through it. So yes, cats are very intuitive. I can't ever imagine being without one. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    • I once loaned my kitty to a woman who lived a few blocks away so she could have kittens. He kept leaving me to go back to her house. He wasn't after the female kitty - she feeds them real fish everyday. Yeah, I lost the cat. Who am I to stand in the way of him having fresh fish daily? By the way, his name was Road Kill because he loved laying in the middle of the road on his back, looking like road kill. Thankfully we lived in a very very small town with very little traffic on our road.

  • One day an orange tabby showed up on my property , following me and my dog ( on a leash) around . He would get on my lap when I sat outside on the front steps . I live in a rural area and knew he didn't come from anywhere around me so figured he was A drop off . A week or so passed and he showed up injured so I took him to the vet , got him neutered and he officially became mine . That's the way cats are . They usually choose you .

    • Aw I'm glad you took him in and I live in rural area myself and ppl are just stupid they drop off their cats or dogs on the side of the road and those poor babies expect the owners to come back to get them those poor things don't understand why they're getting dumped off just for either no longer cute because they outgrew the cute stage into a trouble stage and some poor animals come from abusive homes and me I'm hoping every state will make abusive pet owners be forced to be registered for abusing animals like they do for sex offenders cause animals don't have no say on their owners actions against them..

  • Q: ...What do I do? A: Buy quality cat food for your new owner. Yeah, get the good stuff. You might think it's more expensive, but it really isn't. The better quality foods are much higher in energy density, so the kitty will eat less, and be more healthy and happy. Cats don't digest grains, as they are obligate* carnivores, so if the first ingredient isn't meat, don't buy it. * Obligate carnivore: An obligate carnivore is one that depends entirely on meat because their diet requires nutrients that are only found in animal flesh. Examples include - felines, dolphins, seals, and eagles, among others.

  • Perhaps ,through some as of yet unknown means, the Cosmos in an act of sheer ( cuddly) benevolence causes random Cats to appear in places that are lacking in Cats. Maybe Schrödinger's Cat WAS both alive and dead at the same time and the famous Quantum Mechanics Thought Experiment concerning "superposition " somehow opened up an "anomaly" at the Quantum level and now Random Cats have been appearing since then .

  • Fun fact: cats can actually slide under incredibly small gaps such as a slightly opened garage door. If the head can slide, so can the body in most cases. I’m willing to bet that a lot of those cats got in through open windows, doors, and slight gaps such as garages. Am also noticing that a good portion of the cats in the video had collars. While some people commented acknowledging that the cat belonged to someone else, others didn’t and I believe that that’s problematic to say the least. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk

  • It's adorable how cat chooses there humans. I have a cat that chose me, when I was visiting an animal shelter. She is beautiful. Still with me. I also have another cat that chose me last year in December. Still have her and finally a Lil kitten that was outside my job entrance. Poor lil baby boy. Now 12 weeks old. Just adorable. Plus, I feed all the cats I can. They are precious. They don't choose to be thrown away into the streets. I try to help as many as I can. Plus, I give supplies to nearby shelters for cats and dogs. If a cat chooses you and you can give them a home that's wonderful. To all those that rescue cats and dogs from shelter or the streets, thank you.

  • Also happened to me as a preteen. For days me and my family had been hearing meowing noises in the backyard. By third day found it high up in a tree. My sisters spotted this lil kitten while on the trampoline. Never seen them rush off it so fast to help get it down. We rang the vets and asked around if anyone owned this tiny grey kitten who hated being left in the laundry and insisted we keep her in the warm lounge room. After 3 weeks it was offical she became our lil monster for 10 years. (Unfortunately some ahole tan her over) She was a feisty girl who was had lots of attitude and very protective of our house, even against us sometimes haha
