  • "surround yourself with people who build you up" I think that was one of the best advices I'd ever received. Alternatively sadly, if you can't find those people, it's better to be alone than in the company of those who was to take a jab at you whenever possible because they have issues with themselves.

I did travel around the world and studies college, lived in a few countries, but leaving my family was my big crutch. I also suffered from depression before that. Today, I miss my family, but I don’t have this huge depressions anymore. I have a great husband and son.

Learning may take time but you can learn if you will be consistent. So from now own I have decided to not quit at any cost. I am forgiving myself for the mistakes which I have done before.

Admitting one's mistakes or missteps in the context of knowing that you did the best you could at that moment. Learning from one's past missteps. Lots of great content. Very inspiring to me. • This is a great talk! While I am fortunate enough to generally look at my negative internal dialogue as merely signals of how I need to account for possible roadblocks & succeed nonetheless, it took me much longer to develop this relationship to similar comments I get from others. There are particular people in my life that, while I love them, I used to get very frustrated & discouraged by their comments on my life path. Once I learned to simply thank them for pointing out the things I needed to account for in order to persist & succeed, it changed my relationship to them completely. Thanks for giving this talk, it’s inspiring for sure!

  • Self doubt creates the hesitation and hold you back from right decision. However, we're living in the world of spreading the self doubt, some people always makes this to us and this is why we have to avoid these toxics. Furthermore, we all must have self-esteem to lower our self doubt. Thanks for the speech.

I guess it's time to treat myself better and stop blaming myself that I didn't do better. In fact, I already did, and it's the best of what I could do at that time. We can grow, but everyone starts from somewhere including myself. The fact that I gave myself the chance to be in the interview and apply for the job speaks volumes of my effort. That I should be proud of, better than not doing anything or giving myself a fighting chance. Better luck next time:)

  • One day I decided to give that self doubting voice in my head a name. By doing this I feel like I’m separating my true self from that voice. I see it as an external voice. Not what I truly think. I realized a lot of my self doubt or negative thoughts matched the things my peers and family would say to me at a young age and has soon developed into a personal belief today. But by giving it a name different than my own, I have a better time convincing myself that that voice is not me. I now tell myself I am more and I can achieve the goals that I thought were too good for me. And when that voice speaks, I hear it but chose not listen to it.
