You ARE able to use them on cosole with keyboard. (If the ~Key does not function I recommend trying the “insert” key

I use getdamagemodifier a lot. Especially with weird Siptah surge thralls. I've also come to find there are a lot of fighters that have a better ranged modifier and a lot of archers that have a better melee modifier.
That's pretty interesting, I might have to mention that in the next Useless Facts video!
