iRobot is so advanced...the robot in the video was almost believable as a human.
Question: If I do not use the app and just put a wet floor pad on, and press clean, it is supposed to spray water, right ? Because mine is not doing it for some reason.
How do I get it over thresholds to map? You can fix threshold problem but it has to map first. Totally frustrated m
How does it really mop clean? Does it not just not smear the mess? With regular mopping you rinse/wring the mop and dip it in clean water/cleaner and mop to pick up the mess again and then wring again until clean. How does really mop clean without wringing the mop pad? I can see this working well if it had automatic mop pad/sheet swap as it goes.
Does it have a vacuum bin?
Hi iRobot from Iceland - would this product work on white epoxy floors, and can you substitute any cleaning liquid or does it just work with yours?
It can work on epoxy. Also using other brands besides the Irobot or Bona for Irobot cleaners in the tank voids the warranty. What you can do however is add the cleaners directly on the cleaning pads.
Hey man blink twice if the Braava Jet M6 Mop is holding your family hostage.
How do you recommend getting the mop to go to areas where it has to travel on carpet to get to? I have just been picking it up and taking it to the individual rooms as I can’t get it to travel on carpet. Wish it could use the vacuum mapping to mop the house and not have to learn/map the house again.

During the mop. It uses the pad to use the liquid spray? Or how else do you get liquid in there? That's just I assume
Braava jet®, and Braava jet® m Series Robot Mops are designed for use with water or the iRobot Braava jet® Hard Floor Cleaning Solution. Other cleaning solutions, even natural ones, can clog the spray nozzle, break down the materials inside the robot, and cause mobility and navigation challenges.
Does a great job cleaning but it struggles climbing any small bump. I have to run it twice, once for the kitchen and again for the rest of the house since it struggles climbing over from the kitchen to the dining area. The robot vacuum climbs over with no problem but the mop struggles.
They have threshold zones now. Helps with some of them a lot.
It will NOT travel over carpet from room to room. They might say it does, but believe me, it doesn't like carpet AT ALL. You have to do manual clean (press Clean button) if you have both carpeted rooms and hard floor rooms. That being said, I still like the M6. It does a nice job manual cleaning.
My brava jet m6 want go to docking Station cant climb wheel keeps spinning. Have to pick it up each time to charge . Need help

I have a roomba s8+ and I completely love it. It does a decent job cleaning. I so want to buy the brava m6, but based on reviews, the m6 has trouble getting bast transitional point on the floor (piece of wood about 1/2" between my tile and wood floor), if you guys could find a way to fix this navigational point I'm totally buying one

How often do I have to change the pad?
They have a reusable one that you put in the washer and air dry dont use the dryer its good up to 75-100 washes (via the washer)
Is the cleaning agent included with brava M6 suitable for marble floor?
Great question! Our robot mops and designated accessories were designed to clean well sealed, hard floors such as tile, hardwood, stone and laminate.
Can it go over carpet to get to another room to mop?

Can I use any washing liquid?
It needs branded cleaner in the tank. You can however, put it on the pad so it doesn't break down the parts

Never again the Jet M6. In the first year the wheels had to be replaced. After exactly 1 year the unit gave a red LED and then only white spinning LED. Offered the product to the repair center and they said there is fluid in the machine and you will have to pay 411 euro or take the unit unrepaired back. Unit was used normally so how in the world does fluid get into a mop device lolz. So 1 year fun with a product and the support denies warranty when the unit becomes defective. Never again the Braava Jet M6
The Brava M6 has some nice features, but it doesn’t clean as well as the Scooba
yea but no one really wanted to clean and use a scbooba s they made a braava that just use a oad so all you have to is thow away/wash the pad

I had mine mopping the carpet. Now have to get the carpet cleaned after having the dirty wet mop wiped all over it. This is my second one the first one died after 4 uses.

Terrible product for tile with grout. Loosens dirt making a mud and deposits it into the grout. Great product if you like cleaning grout.
