  • to think, she's been in the industry 25 years, but she's been working towards this since 1988 - 35 years, since she was 7. through pageants and talent contests, through forming a group, to becoming lead singer, through losing on Star Search, through getting signed and dropped, through getting signed again, through the first hit single to a hit second album, through the group breaking up and recalibrating, through going solo, through establishing herself, building this musical and artistic legacy. I bet all that was running through her head when she won. no wonder she was emotional.

    • @D. Courteau agreed. She's a talented performer and vocalist, and there's no doubt about that, but people praise her too much. They can't even come up with any original beats. They always just use samples with the excuse that "it's part of the culture." Also, let's be honest, regardless of all of this, her last album wasn't even good. She hasn't had anything good since Lemonade.

Beyoncé is one of the most iconic artists of all time, and over the past few years she has really developed a sound all her own. Great job! 👏 👏 👏 … now, let’s start recognizing other genres and artists that aren’t mainstream (asides from the one or two they pick each year simply so they seem inclusive). • the devil is a liar and he is her daddy. she didn't work hard, she sacrificed hard and let the demons do all the work while she let them use her so she could be wealthy and famous! She should repent and seek Jesus again because it isn't going to be good for her if she doesn't!

  • 30+ years and 32 grammys in and she still gets emotional during her acceptance speeches. i know it’s a big honor to make that kind of history and that’s probably why she’s emotional but for her to STILL get emotional as if she doesn’t realize she’s THE BEYONCÉ just shows how humble she is and just how hard she works. i wasn’t a huge fan of the new album but she will always be the queen. and she deserves everything she has.

    • She won 32 Grammys?!👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 Does that include her time in Destiny's Child? How do people still think that she is talentless? Is it because they believe in this Illuminati bullshit?

    • Beyoncé was inspired by so many music icons like Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Tina Turner, ect. Now she is the music icon that has inspired so many talented artists working today like Adele, Lizzo, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, ect. Icons inspire future icons and Beyoncé is cementing her legacy and passing the torch to this generation’s current music artists, just all like the music icons did before her.
