great strategy for the Rochas , sitting still when points are allowed ,this is the best strategy when fighting guard players who has no takedown threat like tammi , mikey and mayssa , their best option for points is their sweep so forcing them on top erased that
I don’t understand grappling sometimes, why at the start of the match both opponents literally touch the opponent’s sensitive area with their feets, can anyone explain me?, is because the want to pas de guard but isn’t it painfully intimate???
