Raven you are in tune with THE HOLY SPIRIT! I literally got done with a 48 hour water fast out of nowhere from THE HOLY SPIRIT and I got done today at 12pm. It was the hardest fast of my life but brothers and sisters trust in THE LORD JESUS CHRIST and listen to scripture even in your sleep for it will feed you. Not only that but spend time in water. Water is healing like the pools in THE WORD. I hope this helps guys!

Hello Rayven! I watched your video and am fasting from playing games on my phone. It is my largest distraction. I'm keeping your "I want to pray for my Kingdom spouse more than I want to play mindless games" I'm struggling, but committed. ❤
I was just hearing in my spirit that I needed to fast just before watching this video. Now I know why. I'm fasting with you Rayven and everyone coming into agreement with this two day fast. Following instructions is important for fasting as well, let the Holy Spirit lead you. Not too long ago the Lord put me on a two day fast and by the third day I was feeling like I could go longer, but the Lord corrected me, and He reminded me that He told me to fast for two days and on the third day eat again. I didn't feel like eating, but I ate something as I watched the clock making sure I was obedient. The warfare got intense today and the pain was ridiculous, and I felt a strange kind of sickness, but I was out for around four or five hours and just woke up right before this video hearing that I needed to fast. I don't know why yet, but I obey first and let the Lord lead me. It's not even necessary for me to know sometimes because my Father knows and He said to do it and that's all the reason I really need. My mind is still cloudy at the moment 😵💫Yep, eating healthy and exercise is important for service. It is beneficial for soldiers to actually be fit. This is not a condemnation of anyone, but for myself and many in the body of Christ being healthy in your spirit, soul and body is being emphasized in this season. The promised latter and former rain is coming to bring in a greater harvest than the book of Acts. We have much work to do.

Raven, I’m in. Also, I want to share as I’ve fasted in the past, when those hunger pains kicked in, I would pray even more so. I found that it would help subside those hunger pains for awhile. It’s been years since I’ve last fasted and I’ll be 60 this year and I believe God is leading me to the veg/fruit fast. So, I’m not sure what to expect this time. BTW. I’m joining 👋 also the Lord has been speaking to my heart because I have I basically can go like weeks fasting with just like water and juice and tea but God‘s telling me that I need to fast and still take my vitamin supplements like Ashwell Gonda route B12 iron liquid iron that’s a lot lighter on my stomach my liquid multivitamin biotin certain supplements that contribute to fasting because then your body is able to actually absorb the vitamins instead of it being covered up with food and taking vitamins, but that’s why I would say mostly prefer taking liquid supplements so they’re a lot lighter on stomach because you are fasting instead of consuming and swallowing or still, that could possibly potentially make somebody sickso it’s like finding the right supplements like a liquid vitamin that has it all in there or something

I just did some research of scripture during this video. I recommend reading the whole chapters of the points the Lord will get across during your fasting so you can grasp the whole story. These are all scriptures that came to my mind during this video that I felt could help you, in this order. If you are fasting you should have time to read the whole chapter which will inspire you to hang in there like Jesus did. Keep in mind I am not a health advisor or health coach so take this as just a suggestion. Though, I am a PE major whom is both knowledgeable in the Word of God and Natural Medicine. Doing a colon cleanse and juicing during your fast can be helpful. Also, if you need to eat actual food so you don't pass out, you can do it in remembrance of Jesus and pray over your food. 🙏 Chapters to help convict you to fast: Mathew 6- The Lord's Prayer Matthew 17- Faith of a Mustard Seed Matthew 26- The Last Supper Luke 4- Fasting & Temptation John 4- My food is to do the will of God If you want to change it up you can do Luke 4 first, your choice. 👍 Maybe even start with Luke 3 though first to honor righteousness and sanctification before you begin your journey.

I'm trying to read my Bible, but I need to mention a sister in Christ named Denisse. As you fast and pray don't only focus on yourself, but pray for others. Denisse is having to act as her own Attorney because she has her EX husband's parents suing her for rights to see their grandkids. They waited seven years to do so, and the problem is that her kids testified against their Dad and got him convicted for sexual abuse. He was sexually abusing his kids. She says that his parents were nasty towards her and her kids throughout this horrific ordeal. She fears that this will give him access to her kids ( he forfeited the right to see them as far as I'm concerned ) and she feels the same way. The grandparents didn't care enough to sue for their rights until seven years after the fact and opposing her and her kids for taking their monster of a dad to court. Please pray that the Lord will give her favor and wisdom in court. Thank you for including her in your prayers during this fast 🙏 He is out of prison now too. Suspicious timing in my opinion, but she has asked for prayer.
I’m a seasoned Saint and live a Fasted lifestyle like most Saints as Jesus commanded. Never in my life have I ever met a single Christian either in a Corporate Fast or individually that had ever boasted about their Fast. I am very concerned about the open/public corrections that you’re pointing at towards The Saints that are leading towards slander and even more concerned about the spiritual doors you’re opening in your own life. I believe these slanderous corrections you lend towards The Body is actually your own convictions about yourself so take heed and be very careful what comes out of your mouth for {life and death is in the power of the tongue and you cannot speak both from that same tongue}. This is the word of God.

Hi Rayven, I pretty much fast every day until about 4pm. I feel like when I allow myself to eat rather than telling myself I can't, I actually feel less desire eat and fast naturally. Water fasting sometimes tends to put me in an unhealthy mindset. Would like to hear your thoughts.
Thank you for doing this, it’s nice to do something that pleases the Lord with other people. One thing though, why seeing people that share that they are fasting as if they are boasting? It can be to connect with people who do so too, or to share the benefits of fasting, or to talk about the subject, to show that one is interested in that particular subject. I don’t see how people can boast about prolonged dry fasting in Italy (for example) nowadays when there is so much talk on eating disorders. Not too many people understand how beneficial a (prolonged) dry fast is. I wish there were! And there will be at some point. But yeah, I don’t understand what you mean when you say one boasts if one shares that they are fasting. You are doing the same thing, you’re sharing that you are fasting. I don’t feel like you are boasting, should I?

Fasting is not only food. Fasting is done to separate from the world which stunts our spiritual growth. Unless you are a glutton, food is not what you should fast. Fast what is separating you from God. Fast what is causing you to not hear God's voice clearly. Read Matthew 17:20-21. In this chapter, the disciples wanted to know why they could not cast out a demon. Jesus told them that it was faith. The scriptures referenced go on to say that faith the size of a grain of mustard seed can be used. However, this kind (kind refers to the demon and faith) comes out through fasting and prayer. So, fasting correctly is important in addition to prayer. I hope this helps.

@@christiandanielsson7151 , fasting isn’t a competition. It’s personal. God will tell you what to fast. From 10am-6pm, I eat only fruit and vegetables. The only meats are chicken and turkey. I fast electronics (tv, computer, and phone)and food from 6pm-3am. At 3am, I spend time in the presence of the Lord for at least 2 hours . I tithed 10% of my time daily , and I ONLY drink water. 🫶🏽
