I traveled from O'Hare International Airport, Chicago (after taking a bus from Milwaukee, Wisconsin), and purchased two generators in Warszawa, Poland and delivered the generators to Ukrainian volunteers in Warszawa. In a beat up car, the volunteer left on Sunday, a couple days later. In two weeks or less, the generators were delivered to the front. I received an email with five soldiers standing behind my generators with thumbs up. If a private citizen from America, all alone, can travel to Europe and figure out while on the ground how to get two generators to the front in Bakhmut, I would hope European governments can figure out how to get military vehicles and munitions to Ukraine in short order. Ukraine will hit a military target, Putin's army seems to have targeted civilian targets. Military targets include groups of soldiers. Civilian targets include the university building that Putin's army hit recently. Ukraine has not targeted civilians at all.

Dom: The reason why this initial ATACMS attack on Russia was limited and ultimately unsuccessful was because it was an attempt to locate Crimean air defense prior to a larger attack. So far the score is Russia 5 and Ukraine 0.

One thing I can't understand is why the ukrainians do not focus on recruiting the 18 to 25 cohort all the reports I have heard including this one say that aiming at late 20s and early 30s which historically seems old for infantry soldiers.
Look at Ukraine’s population pyramid. The 18 to 25 cohort is extremely small. Ukraine is reticent to grind their tiny stock of seed corn.

Actually, it is Russia invading a country with 1/3 its population and 1/9 its GDP. Russia has lost 100s of thousands of troops, including its best air assault and airborne troops, many thousands of armored vehicles, much of its Black Sea fleet and hundreds of aircraft. Yet it can't make progress against a fifth rate military with a few weapons from the rest of the world. Russia cries because the world gives Ukraine some old weapons. ATACMs, for example, is a 40 year old system. This invasion has been a disaster for Russia and Putin.
