Savina Bees the 4 princess and her mother has violated dozen of the kingdom laws, the former Queen is not just betrayed her husband but also violated the law by collaboration with foreign medias who against the kingdom since decades ago. Prison and palace is totally different. They living in palace with dozens of maid the only thing they can't do is travel. They still can go shopping, meet with their relative etc. If they are ordinary Saudis citizen they will be jailed 15-20 years for being a rebel and leaking secret country lucky their brothers still have powers so when their father pass away the authorities do not keep them in prison. Two of them already married in 2016-2018 btw the other two is busy work at their father humanitarian foundation.

Every woman should read the "Princess" books by Jean Sasson. It's readily available in the major book stores and gives an account of how women are suffering in most of the middle eastern nations. Besides, it is a very good read. These stories will cause you to remember them in your prayers.

My father treated me like a princess and protected me and looked after me. He passed away and not one day I dont think about him or need him. No father should destroy or harm their daughters. I lived in Jeddah near this compound for 9 years in the 80's and drove by it almost daily. I knew that a princess and her children lived here. The place was lit up at night like a stadium and the perimeter was always guarded. I never knew that this would be the fate of the daughters. It is disheartening and disgraceful. However, they touched on a point that is sadly true. It is not 'just' them but many women suffer this same kind of fate. It is not only men that suppress women - there is just as much oppression that comes from other women. It is sad that in a country where women are educated and have such potential to contribute to their society are instead held back. Any woman that tries to actually use her education must fight for her dignity and respect. I learned Arabic as I wanted to understand the ideals of the people I was living among. It is a complicated society - no doubt. I do not advocate a mirror of Western society for Saudi Arabia as this is an ignorant notion. However, change must come to the Kingdom from the royals and from the society at large. It is incumbent upon all to participate in that change for the better of all of its people of which women... are people. I wish for these women and all women of Saudi Arabia to see a productive freedom in their lives as they have much to offer to their families and their society.
As long as foreigners keep helping them run and build their country it will continue. The pressure to change must come from outside the country from people the country needs. It's one barbaric place stuck in the stone age because the men like it that way and the religion bolsters their power structure. It's one sick place.

I am a woman who had lived and worked in the Middle East and have come to Saudi, I want to say that what you heard from the two princesses of women rights in Saudi is truth. This can be realized from the moment you arrive at the airport. I admired the two princesses for the courage to tell the truth. The desire to have the right to live like everyone else, have a job, a family is the fundamental right of every human being. I hope that an organization or government that will stand up to rescue the princesses escape confinement situation. The princesses are beautiful women, educated, independent-thinking, and do not depend on the conservative Saudi regime. Please maintain the spirit and flight for your rights.

I am a Muslim woman myself, from Iraq/India. Sometimes i wonder at how free women are in my homelands, the respect & education we recieve is unreal. Women are the Queens of the household. Also living in Britain, is something i am ever so greatful for, the oppurtunities i have found in this country by the grace of God are amazing. These are lands in which women are given a voice, look at these Saudi's oppressing their talented daughters, wives & sisters. Saudi declares unity with the free states of America yet their women are hidden and oppressed behind the dark walls of the palaces. God curse these Saudi's, hypocrites to the Muslim faith!
Nice, Saudi Arabia is a real problem in the world today. Someone must do something about that place. If someone could capture that place , free their women , take their oil and establish a democracy, that would be something.
