Unfortunately not the best quality match between these two, both Naomi and Jennifer can play at a much higher level. However, Naomi was much better at winning the bigger points while Jennifer was hitting a lot of unforced errors at the wrong time. Still, Naomi has shown she has the potential to be one of the all time greats by finding ways to win even when she is not at her best. Congrats to Naomi for a 4th slam and hope she continues to bring her best during the 2021 season.

That man face Jennifer is a known racist, thats why she never touched hands with Naomi, when playing other whites she shakes hands😏 Very ugly inside and out that Brady, and 98% of those commentators are racist also, it burns their soul to see people of color WIN. That man face @JenniferBrady definitely tried it with that comment, Naomi is a grown woman, not a girl.

@Isaidit9323 жыл бұрын
@@Isaidit932 But that means Naomi also didn't shake hands, doesn't it? It's not like Jennifer refused to shake hands when Naomi approached her. They both didn't try to shake hands. Then why do you see only Jennifer as bad? Isn't it because you believe it's a white person's job to offer a handshake to a black person but not vice versa? Also, even if she hated Naomi for some reason as you implied, why do you automatically assume the reason she hates her is because she is partly black? What if she hates her Japanese side? Or some other aspect of her? You clearly hate white people. You're the racist.
@user-ry5xq3ev8l3 жыл бұрын
the tennis world has celebrated the Williams sisters for decades and they don't want to "see people of color win"? Absurd. Osaka gets nothing but praise from commentators and Brady didn't do anything to disrespect her. Brady is just a tough competitor that wanted to win her first major. Branding her a racist is ridiculous and totally unfair. If she has any ill will at all, I'd bet it has to do with Osaka's talent, not race.

I really like Naomi Osaka . However, these comments about oh she is only 23 and has 4 grand slams and how her prime vs. Serena's prime are laughable . Firstly, at 23 Serena Williams had 7 singles grandslams (had already won 4 in a row) 6 doubles grandslams 2 mixed doubles grandslams and had a season where she only lost 5 matches on the entire year. and when you all say prime are we talking 2002 prime , 2012 summer prime, 2013 prime, 2015 prime. I get it, we are all excited about some new blood but lets not get beside ourselves with nonsense.

also remember that serena played with women without big serves with the exception of Sharapova. she played with women who were mostly mainly pushers and rallyists. Congrats to Naomi for a 4th slam and hope she continues to bring her best during the 2021 season.

nothing better than a 2 minute highlight reel!
For Brady to refer to Osaka as “girl” in her loser speech rubbed me the wrong way and it was never mentioned by those weak commentators, as though we were suppose to ignore it or pretend we didn’t hear it...But bless her heart, Osaka got her back in around about way and wiped that phony smile off Brady’s face...I totally admire Osaka...She has brains, beauty and talent....☺️😊😉😊😉🙂🥰
I absolutely adore NAOMI OSAKA🙌🏽👑💕🎾🏆
@@Isaidit932 But that means Naomi also didn't shake hands, doesn't it? It's not like Jennifer refused to shake hands when Naomi approached her. They both didn't try to shake hands. Then why do you see only Jennifer as bad? Isn't it because you believe it's a white person's job to offer a handshake to a black person but not vice versa? Also, even if she hated Naomi for some reason as you implied, why do you automatically assume the reason she hates her is because she is partly black? What if she hates her Japanese side? Or some other aspect of her? You clearly hate white people. You're the racist.
the tennis world has celebrated the Williams sisters for decades and they don't want to "see people of color win"?
Osaka is the best counter puncher in the game atm. Only in her early 20s, many more GS titles coming her way. Brady gave it her best, but Osaka is at another level, like the younger Serena.

Naomi has stiffer competition today with alot of younger players with big serves, better and stronger groundstokes and good defences and returns. Prime Naomi could beat prime serena IMO
@@tootspogsforever5590 Venus is also a big server
Naomi did not play her best in this match, but what stands out about her in this tournament and in this final is that she always elevates her game when she absolutely needs to. Majority of her first serves and winners came during big points in the match.
