Those Tautogs are super strong l wasn't that surprised when you hooked that Striped Bass they are very commonly found around Manhattan.There are also lots of bluefish.

Most likely sir Blackfish are all over the place no matter where you go as long as the structure moving tide you got it made in the shade

He's fishing Pier 1 at Brooklyn Bridge Park. You can get live blue crabs at any Asian grocery store.

don't eat fish that comes from that water dude. The Hudson and East rivers are filled with heavy metals and toxic plastics like PCB's that are infused in the fish that live there.

I don’t care nothing about your equipment , you probably spent over five hundred dollars for it . The important part is at the very end of your line , the hook . I’ve caught more Tog then you got whiskers and on a thirty dollar rod and reel . I’m listening to your comments and I can tell you know very little about fishing . I also used blue crab before you were born .
