For whatever reason, a jaguar mom decided to move her very young cubs (about 6 weeks old) across the Cuiaba River (maybe to avoid a male jaguar or for better hunting). Mom had to help by carrying the cubs in her mouth as she swam across the river.
OMG .. How could that cute babe breathing under water?!!
The cubs did survive the trip across though appear to have been killed several months later by a male jaguar.
Jaguars are good swimmers..baby is fine
Actually mama cat is downing her cub.
I think that baby is no longer alive
The mom, Patricia, was last seen with her cubs Nauru and Yanomami in early October. Then she was seen mating with other males. Sometimes a female jaguar will do this so that the male leaves her cubs alone. But it could also mean than the cubs were killed. One can hope it is the former.
Shes gonna drown it
Both cubs survived the trip across the river.
🥴🙀OMG.....YEEEESSSSS🥴🙀
The cub was like "Mom i was doing fine, let me be, i got this" 😂
Cool
😮😮😮
Мама знает что делает, Ягкары могут долго быть под водой
I hope that poor cub didn't drowned, since she was keeping its head underwater, by grabbing it by the neck..
It was alive on the other side, so it did survive.
😢
Poor cub
The calf could have drowned.
What? It's a cub Calf is for Herbivore mammals and whales 😅
The poor cub can't even breathe...what a dumb mother:(
You don't know why the mother moved her cubs, there could have been a male nearby that was going to kill the cubs (this often happens to jaguar cubs). This is an experienced mom who has been observed for 11 years and has successfully raised at least 6 prior cubs.
@@rariscn She may have raised six prior cubs but this one is dead.
The mother probably held the baby by the upper body with the babies face inside her mouth so it can breathe
@@rubberbandmanhorror9848 Please, don't hallucinate!
@@anacletwilliams8315 I just took my medicine like 1 hour ago but I forgot to take it in the morning
