42 Minute Top 9 L.U.C.A - Lower, Upper, Cardio, Abs | No Repeat Workout - Burn 322 Calories*
We have a really fun workout on deck today! This past month I did a Top 9 Upper Body and a Top 9 Lower Body workout. I take my top 9 exercises in each area. In this workout, I will give you my Top 9 Lower body exercises, Top 9 Upper body exercises, Top 9 Cardio exercises, Top 9 Ab exercises. I will make this a no repeat workout. Should be fun!

I've been practising yoga since I was 4 years old and have always been flexible. A year ago, I ran into some health issues and stopped doing yoga. After about 6 months of not practising yoga, I lost that flexibility, and my joints became very stiff, as I was not very active. So, I agree that one has to continue or you will lose those abilities. Especially after 50. Thanks for the reminders on the correct posture!

I love the LUCA format and was surprised with the format of this video focusing on each body region for 9 exercises in a row. I felt the burn for sure! The cardio segment was especially challenging after the leg work. Thanks for another good workout Tracy!

Love the LUCA! ❤That was fun, doing Tracy's top 9 in all the muscle groups. 😁Some of them were my favorites as well! Lots of frog variations for the cardio, which I really like. 👍 After this I did some glute work with my new loop band. Whew, nothing like a new and very tight mini band to get those glutes fired up, especially after this already intense workout! 😝💦
