ABOUT AMERICA'S GOT TALENT
Creator and Executive Producer Simon Cowell returns to the judges' panel along with Howie Mandel. Also joining the panel this year are two fresh faces - award-winning actress, author and producer Gabrielle Union and Emmy Award-winning choreographer, actress, singer and dancer Julianne Hough. Terry Crews, who made a big splash as the host of the inaugural series "America's Got Talent: The Champions" earlier this year, joins as host for "America's Got Talent." With the show open to acts of all ages, "America's Got Talent" continues to celebrate the variety format like no other show on television. Year after year, "America's Got Talent" features a colorful array of singers, dancers, comedians, contortionists, impressionists, magicians, ventriloquists and hopeful stars, all vying to win America's hearts and a $1 million prize.

  • I loooove watching all the judges' faces when he starts playing/singing. I think there's an undercurrent of bias in our society that disabled people can't impress us - when, in reality, they can be just as gifted as able-bodied people, and even more so. I think this performance also beautifully illustrates the otherworldly power of music, an artform which somehow transcends all the limitations of the human body. Just look at Tony Bennet who, when consumed by Alzhiemers, could still perform ALL his repertoire perfectly. It's beyond comprehension, just like Kodi here. Music is literally magic, thank you Kodi for sharing this with all of us

That is why God tells us in His word not to rely on our own understanding but to trust and acknowledge Him in all ways and He will direct our path. • My son is autistic and I would ask god every day to give me his disability and not let him struggle a day in his life. From being bullied and mentally challenged in every second of every day. To witness something so special like this goes beyond everything science let us to believe . For these few minutes this kid makes any parent with a disabled child rise up and feel like you’re in the presence of God. There’s a huge difference being a parent experiencing this type of life and everyone else saying they understand. Im a military disabled vet and i take care of my son with so much love an award him non stop for being my hero as he does not make excuses not even once. If this kid became an overnight sensation for what he accomplished think about every disabled child out there if we took the time to listen and raise more awareness.

    • I am autistic and I can promise you I gave my parents hell for a long, long time. My biggest issues were being bullied and a strong need for structure in my day to day life. I now pass for someone without autism to strangers, though those who know me might see a slip-up every once in a way (trained "normal human" behaviour helps to pass as "normal")

Just the fact a grown adult wouldnt be throwing a camera in the air in a pool...... and then proceed to upload that to youtube... so you get a bit of a pass just please take stuff like autism more seriously living with ANY kind of condition even as small as anxiety or occasional depression really sucks. you only get one life. and right now as a kid it will feel like life goes by pretty slow. but trust me you soon find out it doesnt...you will be 30 before you know and then you will be 40 before you know it then 60... and it would really suck to have to live your whole short life with some kind of condition, that makes it hard to enjoy life.
