for those of you who don't know the reason that the camera is on Nick for most of this song is because out there filming when they got back to do editing they realized that some of the footage had gone missing. all they really had for this song was Nick playing the drums and not much else. so that's what they showed with some lava flows in other footage of Pompeii and things like that

They really moved forward in leaps and bounds with meddle, into the real world and left the fantasy and psychedelic world behind. They evolved.
This is Nick. ❤ Absolute great, powerful, a delicate sound of thunder
Mason goes wild! I love this man!
That great classic Pink Floyd sound
Музыка вне времени и пространства.💣💥
Nick Mason da pelle d'oca . MITICO .
Just Epic Nick runs the show, Rick king of the sounds from the space, welcome to the trip, we have the whole univers to explore

Epic! Loosing his stick at 5:00, but continues rockin the drums like hell!!!
A pure work of up most art. They successfully delivered a masterpiece that inspired many for generations to come. Including myself.

Sim
Yes. (I,m a drummer too.)
Nick Mason is a amazing, une légende 🙏🙏
for those of you who don't know the reason that the camera is on Nick for most of this song is because out there filming when they got back to do editing they realized that some of the footage had gone missing. all they really had for this song was Nick playing the drums and not much else. so that's what they showed with some lava flows in other footage of Pompeii and things like that
2023..felt like I was on another planet...Planet Floyd
Music for the head and soul. One of my favorites.
Still fresh in 2023
The recovery of Nick losing his drumstick (at 4:59) is absolutely redonkulous. CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THIS VIDEO!!
Despite Nick's timing errors, it's the best version of this song. Very good, especially the bass!
I agree. So ahead of their times. Especially the Echo effect. Wonder if U2 bass lines were influenced by PF.
i dedicate this theme to a very good girl friend of mine from my childhood.Sara, hope you like it,because its one of my favourite Pink Floyd themes and i know you enjoy their work too.Pink Floyd songs are the soundtrack to our childhood, remember? (thank you, too, for sharing this video,Bruno Calderon)
nick killed those drums. i love that man
Best band ever !
la mejor banda del mundo de todos los generos! no tiene comparacion!
Even at the 10000-th time I wach this, still waiting for the stick event (!)
Gilmour actually looking real aggressive and anger for once. He was rockin man. The GOAT
Thanks. Brings back memories. ✌🏻👊
Awesome Nick !!.
According to Nick Mason's book Inside Out, a reel of film shot of this song went missing, so the director and editor had to improvise with what they had.
I love this video, I keep playing it again and again.
Greatest band that ever lived Nick Mason is so talented
One of my favest Pink Floyd works. Thank You for the JOY. Greetings from Hungary (far not an Orban fan) .
Just saw Nick this October 22’-great show & a classy guy
Impresive | Impresionante More than 44 years ago and still gives me the chills.
What This Generation Has..... Is No Clue What Reality Really Is ? This Music Takes You To Another Dimension That Only Theories Can Distinguish 😌😌😌
That bass is awesome tingles up and down my spine
Loved this video, but it made me realize I'll never get a chance to see pink floyd live again.
Awesome! One of the best rock drum performances ever.
It's okay.
I remember, I arrived late to this concert. They didn't let me in...
Sad to think we live in a world where 26 people don't like this video. I weep for humanity.
Greatest drummer of all time! See him not miss a beat when he looses the stick?
Așa este!!!
I agree 💯 percent
The stick come back to him, shamanism, power, energy, the wild horses are freed
No, that would be John Bonham.
I think no one is "The best" - but so many are good!! It's all a matter of taste!!
Nunca ha habido, no hay y nunca habrá una banda como Pink Floyd
Muy cierto
Шедевр а не группа!!!
love Nick
When I was like 14 or so… I caught the BBC production of the Floyd live from Earl’s circa 1974. Managed to record it completely on a Maxell Metal 90 cassette tape. That was my first trip into the gooooood Floyd rides. I had an AWESOME time in the 80’s. Bout 54 now… give’r taaake. 😏
5:05 -- "Shit, Roger's gonna kill me."
C était ça les années 70 la liberté de composer des chefs d'œuvres...Oui 🤘

Always loved this Jamming hit. It's just everything. Love Pink Floyd at 73 years-old. CRANKSHAFT
At 4:59 Mick breaks/loses a drumstick, grabs a replacement and seemingly never looses a beat. One of the greats!
rocks!
PINK FLOYD FOREVER!!!!!
Love Floyd and this song rocks
Nick Mason , the lord of Drums.
I had no idea Nick was such a Bad Ass !
one of the best song ever .....
THE DRUMMER IS SO ESSENTIAL IN ROCK MUSIC !
My 1st Pink Floyd concert when the Echos album came out in Chicago. All I can say is WOW!!!
Pink floyd THE BEST.
Agree. They may be too mellow for some people....but their sound quality will not be matched by any bands.
