Love seeing them having fun frolicking in the river and trumpeting! We visited you guys in November 2023 and did the trail walk with the elephants. They are magnificent creatures and so glad the Sanctuary exists and does what it does!

I once saw a documentary on a heard of elephants trying to survive during a long standing drought. They would dig in dried up riverbeds in order to obtain a small puddle of water to drink. It is a horrible thing to observe and I am sure much worse to endure. It is so nice to see these elephants with more than enough water to drink and also able to play in the water.
